Terrible – Avoid AEG and shun Electrolux for their policy to deny ongoing product support - even the low end products like Simpson can achieve 10-15 yrs - we expect to get longer life and better service from higher priced appliances Choice reported it one of best machine After about 6 years the unit has failed (something about bearings) and combination of construction method used and the fact that AEG no longer exists (purchased by Electrolux I think and they chose to throw out all parts and not offer support for these machines) - bottom line $1500 machine now has to be replaced
