Warning: Avoid at All Costs Unless You Want Endless Stress and Letdowns Affinity Education presents itself as a trusted childcare provider but my experience was a nightmare. Behind the slick marketing is a toxic system that cares more about protecting its reputation and profits than the well-being of children or families. The staff turnover was… Read more

relentless. My child was passed from one educator to another with zero continuity. This constant upheaval damages children’s emotional security and shows a shocking lack of respect for families.

Communication? Non-existent or full of evasive, meaningless statements. When serious concerns were raised, the response was corporate spin and deflection not honesty or accountability. They act like they’re running a cartel, not caring for vulnerable kids.

The centre was clearly understaffed, especially during crucial times like outdoor play and room changes. I saw first hand how this compromised safety. Bathrooms and play areas were dirty and neglected basic standards not met.

Affinity Education’s so-called “policies” on inclusion and care are nothing but empty words. What I experienced was a culture of avoidance, denial, and dumping the burden of fighting for your child’s rights on exhausted parents.

If you value your child’s safety and emotional wellbeing, stay far away. Affinity will let you down again and again and then try to sweep it under the rug.

Stay away from any daycare run by this company! They are very dishonest, unprofessional, unorganised, all around disgusting company to be running a daycare centre. They hire very young staff that have no idea about children and my child has gone backwards in her learning and behaviour. Not only that they try and take more money out of your accounts and can’t give you a valid reason why. Just stay away from this company

I would not even give this service a one star. They are Dishonest and untrustworthy. The centre at spring farm has been shut down and the management have not been honest about why or provided any explanation. The service was suspended for 3 months and told would re open and all children would still have their spot. They have now sold the business… Read more

off and not told the parents. Parents have found out through the new company advertising for staff and opening for enrollment of new children.

Please think twice before sending your kids to a day care service that is not transparent and not forthcoming. The communication is so poor I would now fear sending my children there.

Profits over Children – Our experience with Affinity Education Group Ltd was deeply disappointing. We sought fairness and inclusion for our child, yet we were met with rigid policies and indifference. Despite our efforts to advocate for support, the organisation prioritised rules over compassion, leaving our family without answers or assistance. Exclusion should never… Read more

be masked by corporate policies, yet that was our reality. A bright child was denied opportunity, and our concerns were dismissed with scripted responses. This is not just about one family—it’s about the right of every child to be treated with fairness and dignity.

Parents deserve transparency, support, and a system that values children over profit. We encourage families to carefully consider their options before enrolling.
