I initially purchased 4 tutoring sessions and was told I would receive an additional 2 sessions for free. However, by the time I had my second session, additional payments were already being taken from my account. I contacted Cluey to query this and found the phone support unhelpful. In total, I ended up paying over $500 for 6 sessions.

My experience with the first tutor was very poor. I repeatedly explained that I wanted to work through the problems together, but he continued prompting me to attempt them independently, which was not the support I was paying for. For our second session, he was approximately 15 minutes late but still finished at the original scheduled time, meaning I lost around 15 minutes of a session I had paid for.

I decided to give Cluey the benefit of the doubt and requested a different tutor. Unfortunately, my experience with the second tutor was also disappointing. The sessions moved extremely slowly, even when I repeatedly said I understood and was ready to move on. At times, he also seemed unable to hear me properly. During one session, he incorrectly solved a problem and was adamant that his answer was correct. I eventually stopped arguing and waited until he realised the mistake himself. Afterwards, he lectured me about needing to look carefully because mistakes like that can happen, despite the error being his.

After these experiences, I genuinely felt that I had learnt very little from the sessions. I contacted Cluey wanting to cancel my remaining bookings and request a refund, but I was told they could not refund me.

Because I had already paid the money and didn't want it to go completely to waste, I agreed to try two other tutors. To be fair, these tutors were much better, and I want to acknowledge that. However, by that point, my overall experience with Cluey had already been extremely disappointing.

Between the payment issues, poor customer service, lost tutoring time and the quality of my first two tutors, I would not recommend Cluey based on my experience. For more than $500, I expected a much higher standard of tutoring and customer support.

disability (Autism and speech impairement), most of the lessons are too difficult for a child with a learning disability so for now I adapt them to suit my child's learning style but I think Euka would reach a much larger audience if they had a cirriculum designed for kids with learning disabilities, so easier versions of each lesson.

The other thing Euka NEEDS to add is the ability to hide lessons you are not doing. We opted to enrol in a grade but do lessons of a lower grade and now when we log in both display and it looks like we have 26 lessons a week, it's visually overwhelming everytime we log in. I'm a web designer myself, this would not be hard for their design team to add, it would actually be very simple to add to the backend of the site. You guys need to add that ability.

Honestly I would give this 5 stars if you could add hiding subjects you aren't doing because everything else is great.

But that’s just a personal result. The experience of learning with Zac is what allowed me to get there. He not only has extensive knowledge of music and singing -he is so professional- but he also shares the learning process with you step by step, in a very personalised way, while having fun and making the whole thing enjoyable.

not conduct all the sessions as promised. When classes were cancelled, It was to adjust or accommodate those missed classes but they will ask you renew the service to adjust the classes bez random policy change. Don't fall in those marketing trap.

The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. They are quick to contact you for marketing and sales, but when you have an issue or need support, it is nearly impossible to get a response. Calls and concerns often go unanswered.

Another major issue is the frequent class disconnections during live sessions, which disrupt learning and waste valuable class time. Despite raising these concerns multiple times, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution.

My advice to other parents: Do not pay for a large package in advance. Make sure you are comfortable with their service quality and support before committing financially.

Overall, poor customer support, unresolved technical issues, and concerns around prepaid classes have made this a very disappointing experience.

My girl is really enjoying their leaderboard (the leaderboard is based on the active time not the marks to encourage self-learning) and she has been motivated to complete weekly tasks.

Plus, I've noticed they removed attempt limits in their tests and deeply appreciate that my girl can now attempt the tests as many times as she wants.

Educators would let children be outside alone while Educators were inside putting children to sleep. In Nursery, it smelt like cigarettes as people use to smoke in there. Jay has so experience in childcare, she had no idea how to run the centre There was no cleaning chemicals we only used dishwashing liquid and water in spray bottles to clean. I would never recommend this service, it should be shut down.

experience was a nightmare. Behind the slick marketing is a toxic system that cares more about protecting its reputation and profits than the well-being of children or families.

The staff turnover was relentless. My child was passed from one educator to another with zero continuity. This constant upheaval damages children’s emotional security and shows a shocking lack of respect for families.

Communication? Non-existent or full of evasive, meaningless statements. When serious concerns were raised, the response was corporate spin and deflection not honesty or accountability. They act like they’re running a cartel, not caring for vulnerable kids.

The centre was clearly understaffed, especially during crucial times like outdoor play and room changes. I saw first hand how this compromised safety. Bathrooms and play areas were dirty and neglected basic standards not met.

Affinity Education’s so-called “policies” on inclusion and care are nothing but empty words. What I experienced was a culture of avoidance, denial, and dumping the burden of fighting for your child’s rights on exhausted parents.

If you value your child’s safety and emotional wellbeing, stay far away. Affinity will let you down again and again and then try to sweep it under the rug.
