evening of the 3rd session, leaving the children very disappointed. Code Camp refused to refund the whole program as they had incurred costs, they took no responsibility for their failures and the disappointment of the children. They also continued to spam us with promotions in emails and SMS after I asked them to remove me from their marketing as I found it very tone deaf considering what they had done

free. They took nearly $400 out of my credit card. His 1st 2:sessions were cancelled by them. Then they took another $86 odd from my credit card. I rang them and told them not to deduct another payment until further notice because he hadn't even had the first session. I was assured that would be passed on. But 1 day after he had a session , the day after I called, they deducted another payment. I rang again asking to speak to Head office, but they don't seem to have one. The very next day another deduction from my credit card! I'm fuming by this time. Call them again. No one rings back. Call again next day and speak to someone and I'm asking for the Head office number. He says OK, I get a pen to write it down and he gives me the 1300 number that I rang HIM ON! They are useless. Clearly no communication and you can't get onto anyone in Head office, if there is even one! I even rang my bank to request a stop payment on any further deductions only to be told I can't do that without cancelling my credit card, which is prepaid! My daughter cancelled any further sessions but we are still owed 3 or 4. I'm making sure he gets them, then I'm paying a local school teacher to tutor him personally in our house. Would never use Cluey Learning again. Their name is ironic, because they clearly have no CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

not conduct all the sessions as promised. When classes were cancelled, It was to adjust or accommodate those missed classes but they will ask you renew the service to adjust the classes bez random policy change. Don't fall in those marketing trap.
The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. They are quick to contact you for marketing and sales, but when you have an issue or need support, it is nearly impossible to get a response. Calls and concerns often go unanswered.
Another major issue is the frequent class disconnections during live sessions, which disrupt learning and waste valuable class time. Despite raising these concerns multiple times, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution.
My advice to other parents: Do not pay for a large package in advance. Make sure you are comfortable with their service quality and support before committing financially.
Overall, poor customer support, unresolved technical issues, and concerns around prepaid classes have made this a very disappointing experience.

My girl is really enjoying their leaderboard (the leaderboard is based on the active time not the marks to encourage self-learning) and she has been motivated to complete weekly tasks.
Plus, I've noticed they removed attempt limits in their tests and deeply appreciate that my girl can now attempt the tests as many times as she wants.

While spending the morning there my husband and I noticed how warm and friendly the staff were and watched how they interacted with the children in such a dedicated and caring manner. The facility was well-organised and filled with a variety of learning and playing materials. We loved the structure of the facility as it catered for indoor and outdoor activities with a balance of creativity, fun and social skills. It was a joy to watch Our little grandson participate in all the events that were organised for the day and to watch him grow and learn. What stood out the most was the way the teachers engaged with each child individually. They noticed the little things- wether it was an exciting moment or a moment when the child needed reassurance and we watched them interact with genuine care. Kidzville Early Learning Center has given our family peace of mind, knowing our grandson is cared for and provided with a balance of gentle guidance and encouragement that is helping him grow and learn.

is how simple and practical the content is. The ebooks and printable activities are easy to use and don’t require a lot of setup, which is helpful when you’re managing young kids. There’s a good mix of bedtime stories, learning activities, and creative worksheets that feel designed for everyday use rather than something overly complicated.
The pricing is also quite reasonable, so it doesn’t feel like a big risk trying out different resources. It’s especially useful if you want quick, ready-to-use content without spending too much.
On the downside, the website itself could be a bit more polished. Navigation isn’t always smooth, and it can take a little time to find specific content.
Overall, it’s a useful platform for parents looking for simple and affordable learning materials for kids. Not perfect, but it does the job well enough for daily use.

Educators would let children be outside alone while Educators were inside putting children to sleep. In Nursery, it smelt like cigarettes as people use to smoke in there. Jay has so experience in childcare, she had no idea how to run the centre There was no cleaning chemicals we only used dishwashing liquid and water in spray bottles to clean. I would never recommend this service, it should be shut down.

experience was a nightmare. Behind the slick marketing is a toxic system that cares more about protecting its reputation and profits than the well-being of children or families.
The staff turnover was relentless. My child was passed from one educator to another with zero continuity. This constant upheaval damages children’s emotional security and shows a shocking lack of respect for families.
Communication? Non-existent or full of evasive, meaningless statements. When serious concerns were raised, the response was corporate spin and deflection not honesty or accountability. They act like they’re running a cartel, not caring for vulnerable kids.
The centre was clearly understaffed, especially during crucial times like outdoor play and room changes. I saw first hand how this compromised safety. Bathrooms and play areas were dirty and neglected basic standards not met.
Affinity Education’s so-called “policies” on inclusion and care are nothing but empty words. What I experienced was a culture of avoidance, denial, and dumping the burden of fighting for your child’s rights on exhausted parents.
If you value your child’s safety and emotional wellbeing, stay far away. Affinity will let you down again and again and then try to sweep it under the rug.
