2nd year with Euka and we are very happy with the lessons, the structure online and the support available, although rarely needed so far. Our grandson is doing sooo much better with home schooling. Euka just allows you to structure your home schooling day as it suits you best. Show reply

Sales people were misleading. Customer service was awful. Any business that isn’t reachable via phone is not a good sign of customer service commitment. We also found the program useless so the entire experience was a total waste of money and time.

is up, you have to continue to pay regardless if you leave. as my children did as there program was useless. Getting information take days to respond. My children found it boring, too easy to cheat with.

I read many parents have so many doubts and complains, but I have not experienced such issues with Euka. I did select a right home schooling programme. Thank you so much Euka. :)

I have been in contact with them numerous times. We have both left emails that have gone dismissed as this education program is "focused" on current students. The phone number attached to this program is pointless as you speak to a robot who lacks the connection needed within this situation. The support from this program has been appalling. They show no regard for how this has impacted my future. I had plans of UNI for this current year, however that was unable to work out because of these absent final results. Not only that, but Euka states the "UNI pathway" is recognised by Universities across Australia and helps Euka students further their education. Through my experience with multiple Universities within Australia, this pathway is meaningless and isn't recognised by Universities. I simply write this review to save the time and money one spends when choosing this education program. Reconsider your options. Euka cares more about the number of students enrolled, rather than the actual needs - such as support - of these students.

The Euka team staff are always friendly, helpful, encouraging and supportive and you can tell how much they care about every one of their Euka home education families. Great layout of course content and flexibility to adapt for child's extra needs/difficulties. The course appears to be very much in line with grade levels for education system. Making sure to read everything before starting course is very important in understanding how to follow all & greatly assists to not miss anything (yes we rushed ahead to starting course before reading all properly beforehand, so had to go back & read to make better sense of all).

I've used this program for both my kids and both have found it very hard to engage with. There are also lots of technical glitches and the work seems very repetitive. I liked that it has everything in one, but both kids did not learn well this way.

I have been trying to speak to someone about enrolling my daughter but continuously get either AI or online chat. The phone number doesn't even allow for a message to be left. How is this a legit business if NOONE can take a call???

We are coming to the end of our third year with Euka and had previously intended to continue with them all the way through, especially as they are now offering options for Grade11/12. homeschooling journey and I don't regret our time with them.

Unfortunately over the last few months I've seen a significant decline in their system on top of changes to pricing and fee payment structure every single year which has become difficult to prepare for. The system used to record the child's responses so that you could print it out later, unfortunately this seemed to change unexpectedly and as a result we have lost valuable reporting information for our AP. When I contacted them about the issue, I was informed to screenshot from that point on and that all previous data had been lost irretrievably. This was surmountable and I viewed it as a hiccup. The turning point for me was that the government reporting program I had had access to all year, and had been using was suddenly unavailable two weeks ago. It turns out there was a miscommunication when I enrolled for the current year (which I hadn't identified due to another fee payment structure change) and without communication my access was revoked and the data lost, once again irretrievably. This happened at the end of October and we'll be completing the program in December shortly ahead of our registration review meeting. I am, quite frankly, devastated. My child has completed the work and I still have enough to show for it, but I have lost all my parent assessment notes. Re-doing this work will take hours at a very busy time of year, with a deadline looming.

The customer service communication was polite and professional, however the system apparently does not have our information any more. I have been forced to reflect on our journey as homeschoolers and all other alternatives that are available who will follow through on what they promise.

I have listed this as 3 stars because of the positives we have experienced over the years, however, I do feel it's important for families to know that they need to be diligent and prompt in screenshots and printouts as the Euka system is now clearly unreliable. Although my recent disappointments are leading me to consider alternatives, it can still be a wonderful curation of lessons and resources for families, particularly if you're new to homeschooling.

My son has been with Euka for about five months, starting from Grade 7, Term 4. Creator makes end-of-period reporting incredibly simple. The support team is also very responsive, usually getting back to me the same or next day. I feel so lucky to have found Euka before deciding to homeschool; it has given my son control over his workload and schedule. He can now balance his academics with his sports training perfectly—something that was impossible with his old, hectic school schedule. It truly is a fantastic balance!

Euka provides prompt responses to any inquiry, amazing feedback on assignments, provides ample future opportunities for improvement, and overall, extremely friendly staff and service.

Our daughter is continuing her Euka Future Learning into Year 11 this year. Adaptability with the non-assessed option and subject choice flexibility is providing strong support for our young person to be self-led and nurtured to embrace her individuality as a person and craft her life accordingly. I am very grateful for Euka as a home-education option.
