Promptness and efficiency teamEuka excelled in its communication and organization by quickly providing me with a detailed plan for my child's education. This level of efficiency and responsiveness is crucial for parents who are seeking academic support for their children.
The fast turnaround time demonstrates a dedication to meeting the needs and timelines of parents and students, which can be extremely beneficial in a homeschooling setting where individualized attention is key. Show reply
EUKA HOME SCHOOLING AT ITS FINESTEuka home schooling has been simply amazing for my teenage son! He has gained so much knowledge and confidence, he can work at his own pace and he is thrilled with the subjects that he can choose from. I would highly recommend Euka home learning to everyone. The Euka team is in regular contact with us, if we need a helping hand they are only an email away. I highly recommend Euka home learning it is absolutely brilliant. Show reply
Understanding staff but slow responsesI'm in my third and last year with Euka (year 12) and have had nothing but a good experience with them in my first two years. During this year, however, due to their influx of students, they have been a bit slower with their responses. (it's now taking them around 5-7 working days to reply) Since I am doing the University Pathway I was worried this would be a problem but every time they email back I have been met with nothing but kindness and understanding of my concerns/issue. Uncontactable, no support whatsoeverThis company is uncontactable. I have tried phone, email and online chat requesting support. It has now been 7 days and still no contact from them. Also be aware if you sign up there is literally hundreds of pages of printing each term. So disappointed as I was really looking forward to starting with Euka now all I want is a refund.
Disappointed and wasted my hard earned moneyEuka is very hard to talk too via phone about accounts. My daughter done 1 term but I’ve paid for a year. They are happy to take your money but give absolutely nothing back. The programs are hard to use and don’t work most of the time. They are time consuming.
I’ve paid $1500 for absolutely nothing literally nothing. Very disappointing, if i could’ve give 0 stars I would’ve.
Please please avoid this company!!.

It suits all different levels and can be tailored to their individual needs (when we started my son was two years behind but 4 years later he is now at age level and thriving. My eldest is completing her year 12 university program and getting As compared to when she was at school and was barely passing. It has improved their self esteem, Their learning and increased their confidence.
I like that we… Read more · 1 can pay upfront or off over the year, making it affordable and the university pathway is assessed by teachers. All the online books are provided and it’s a mix of both online and writing/ practical activities. The only issues we have found is that at beginning of term and the year there are a lot of enquiries so it may take a bit longer for them to reply to issues, but they generally reply within 2 days .
Awesome! EukaSimply the best there is. Cheers to Euka Future Learning! Show reply

The Best Educational Homeschooling Program out there! Our family has been using Euka for 6 years now, going onto 7 years! The staff are so responsive and helpful! Special mention to Ellen and Mian for their amazing communication and correspondence! I would recommend the Euka Program to anyone that is looking for quality education online for their children. The content of the program is inline with the Australian Curriculum and offers a wide selection of Elective subjects for Grade 9 and onwards.
Thank you Euka!! Show 2 replies

This is our third year with Euka, but things have really gone downhill this yearMy daughter is very distressed. We enrolled 2 weeks ago and paid for a full year 11 University pathway. We haven’t received any work at all for my daughter to start her lessons. The textbooks are missing, and we have contacted Euka about this numerous times with minimal response with the same excuses. My daughter is now behind in her work, and she’s extremely stressed and upset. I don’t know how they can run a business this way. We are deeply considering going elsewhere. This does not seem professional at all.
Edit: Euka have responded and resolved the issue! My daughter can now start her work. Show reply
Poor customer serviceUnable to call and talk to a person to get support help, there is an automated messaged requesting you to email through. Email's are not responded to in a timely fashion, I'm still waiting. I haven't been able to log onto my parent portal since we commenced, its now been 3 weeks.
As for the content, I feel like we have brought the classroom to our home environment, it's been really time consuming for us. Some of the lessons have faults and I recently tried to complete a work sample but the project didn't align with the assessment criteria.
... Read moreI'm really not happy with this company at all. I don't think a 7 day cooling off period is enough! If you do join this program I suggest you thoroughly go through your content before the cooling off period so you can decide if it's the right fit for you. $1800 wasted!
Terrible Customer Service, Haven't Received What Was Paid For, A Complete MessIn my 5th year of homeschooling, decided to go hands off and try out this company as it was recommended by our home education officer. What a mistake. It is impossible to speak to anyone, they will not take phone calls. You can email them, but they don't read the emails fully, and you have to go back and forth continuously until you get the answer. If they picked up a telephone it would be much easier, however they will not. You just get a recorded message saying they are too busy. It's a bit like trying to contact Centrelink. And forget... Read more about the chat - they don't respond. You can see they looked at the chat, and ignored it. Their excuse for this inadequate customer service is that they are busy with so many enrolments that they didn't expect and we need to show them patience, blah, blah, blah - not good enough. I paid for a service - and I am not receiving it. They are more interested in getting new customers than supporting their current ones. Even brand new ones. In addition, one of the selling points for me was they had a Lego Club, and a Cooking Club, which they advertised would start on the 6th of February 24 - but alas - no clubs have been organised and they don't know when they will be, if at all. Additionally they have removed the student progress area in the parent portal, and it will be unavailable for 6 months while they update it - which may be helpful in the long term, but is extremely unhelpful right now. Again they have removed a service they stated they offered without advice. They supposedly provide answers for the parents, but these are incomplete and do not correspond to the subject activities. The lessons are confusing and incomplete and often do not correspond with the activities in the worksheets. The math classes do not align with the Mathletics activities the student is directed to. All of this, just in our first week. I can only expect it to be a nightmare for the rest. I don't want to be contacting a non existent support every other day. They change their procedures, don't deliver the service they promise, and wonder why they have people complaining. They need a full audit of all their procedures, lessons and documentation that they supply to their customers. Plus they delete negative reviews and comments on social media - don't be deceived by all the "good" reviews. Especially from traveling families who can receive a discount through TAWK.
I highly suggest you look elsewhere for homeschooling curriculumAt first, this looked like a great homeschool option for my year 10 student. Unfortunately, you have to pay up before you get to view any of the lesson material, which turned out to be tedious and uninspiring. I knew right away that it would not suit my kid's learning style. Still in the 7-day cooling off period, I requested a full refund. It's taken days to get a response from customer service, and when I did hear back (besides being rude and rather snarky), they said they'd only refund $22 of the over $150 I paid for the term. Their "registra... Read moretion package" is nothing more than answers *I* wrote pasted into their template (which in no way matches what my state government is after). There are better companies than this for homeschooling materials. This one is pretty cheap and it's obvious why now.
Absolutely disgracefulPaid for Year 11 University Pathway for my daughter….still nothing in her portal. Not responding to email, live messaging or able to call….disgusting service!!!
Questions & Answers
How affordable/beneficial is it? I just saw some glowing reviews/endorsements of this on some blogs. I suspect those bloggers don’t pay because they’re going on about how affordable it is for single parents on jobseeker - over $500 a year and then the registration etc??? That’s more expensive than school fees. For those that have of are using it and not an affiliate or getting it free: how much is actual learning and his much is busy work? thanks
