I've used this program for both my kids and both have found it very hard to engage with. There are also lots of technical glitches and the work seems very repetitive. I liked that it has everything in one, but both kids did not learn well this way.
I have been trying to speak to someone about enrolling my daughter but continuously get either AI or online chat. The phone number doesn't even allow for a message to be left. How is this a legit business if NOONE can take a call???

About Euka's learning materials, I am also happy with it. My children are enjoying learning. There are some lessons take long time and challenging, there are some lessons take short time and easy; I suppose they carefully design the lessons so children can keep up their motivation. There are so many work samples to choose from, so everyone can find work samples that is suitable for your children.
I am now looking at re enroll my year 7 to my older child. I was a bit confused about electives but they assured that the Euka year 7 program covers everything that is needed for year 7. (I'm also happy with the responding time from coordinators and the office)

her year 12 university program and getting As compared to when she was at school and was barely passing. It has improved their self esteem, Their learning and increased their confidence. I like that we can pay upfront or off over the year, making it affordable and the university pathway is assessed by teachers. All the online books are provided and it’s a mix of both online and writing/ practical activities. The only issues we have found is that at beginning of term and the year there are a lot of enquiries so it may take a bit longer for them to reply to issues, but they generally reply within 2 days .
This was perfect for us and our needs. Don't know what I'd have done without the support of Euka's excellent team! – First year of home schooling not one but two teenagers. A friend introduced me to Euka and we never looked back. My research told me it was just what we were looking for. And I was not disappointed. This year has already been overwhelming, I’m doing this solo, and we’ve dealt with loss and more stress than anyone should have to manage. When a year of pain and responsibility collides with faulty tech and government countdowns, the last thing you can afford is a platform that abandons you when it matters most.

Sales people were misleading. Customer service was awful. Any business that isn’t reachable via phone is not a good sign of customer service commitment. We also found the program useless so the entire experience was a total waste of money and time.

I read many parents have so many doubts and complains, but I have not experienced such issues with Euka. I did select a right home schooling programme. Thank you so much Euka. :)
Follow-up · Syllabus is in alignment of NSW state, n very easy to follow, kids feel more confident, to do it without any problem. They can refer to it whenever needed to clear their doubts. Proper instructions given in each lessons to follow, n keep kids hooked up without making them bored. Staff is very supportive, instant replies we receive if we hav any doubts during learnings. Until now we are very satisfied and love to be with EUKA.

I have been in contact with them numerous times. We have both left emails that have gone dismissed as this education program is "focused" on current students. The phone number attached to this program is pointless as you speak to a robot who lacks the connection needed within this situation. The support from this program has been appalling. They show no regard for how this has impacted my future. I had plans of UNI for this current year, however that was unable to work out because of these absent final results. Not only that, but Euka states the "UNI pathway" is recognised by Universities across Australia and helps Euka students further their education. Through my experience with multiple Universities within Australia, this pathway is meaningless and isn't recognised by Universities. I simply write this review to save the time and money one spends when choosing this education program. Reconsider your options. Euka cares more about the number of students enrolled, rather than the actual needs - such as support - of these students.

Creator makes end-of-period reporting incredibly simple. The support team is also very responsive, usually getting back to me the same or next day. I feel so lucky to have found Euka before deciding to homeschool; it has given my son control over his workload and schedule. He can now balance his academics with his sports training perfectly—something that was impossible with his old, hectic school schedule. It truly is a fantastic balance!

Our daughter is continuing her Euka Future Learning into Year 11 this year. Homeschooling through Euka is absolutely the best. My child has progressed over 4 years of Euka, from being classified as a 'severely intellectually disabled' child (11 yrs old, Year 6 assessed as functioning at Year 2~3); to a normal intelligence child (15 yrs old) functioning at Grade 10 level. Our son completed his year 10 with Euka this year and I can recommend Euka for self paced distance education. We were looked after by Mian and even though there is no chatting person to person her communication style was excellent at all times. I leaned on her heavily and didn't manage to break her.
