Age HiLo chair – I purchased one of these high chairs for my 1st granddaughter, I now have purchased a total of 3, another for my other granddaughter & one for my own home. Love the small foot print & ease of cleaning it after use. Although I purchased the vibrant coloured material cover as well to Make it a little softer on their bottoms. Show details

Versatile, easy to clean, hard to flip – Great product, but pricey. Easy to clean and we still sit our 5 year old in it at the dinner table (so saves our antique fabric chairs :). Would be nice to have a foot ledge rather than legs dangling at bar height. Changing the seat height takes a knack to get the pins out to spin the chair over; we have two now and neither of them are that easy… Read more

to flip. You really have to wedge your fingers under the pin and wiggle it out! We first bought the strawberry, but it's more like a lolly pink (musk sticks) with white legs that have chipped easily. The other one we found second hand with the natural wood look legs and doesn't seem to have marked so easy. Overall, they are durable, easy to clean and last years.

Solid and hygienic – I was really concerned about high chairs being covered in cushions and crevices but when I saw this one I knew I'd found a winner. It's so easy to clean, durable and very sturdy. My second son is still using it and it's in as good condition as the day we bought it. The removable tray slots into a larger dishwasher and the rest of the thing comes… Read more

clean with a good wipe down. I use the low setting around the dinner table but I've also wheeled the thing outside and put it on the high setting to give the kids a hair cut, knowing that it clean up easily. Safe, ease of use, hygienic.

Clever design but expensive – We bought it when my son was 6 month old, I felt the chair is design for 9m+ rather than 6m+. We took off the safety straps when 10m+ because the space allow to sit on very tight. My son is a bit chubby by the time, it doesn't need the straps unless you took out the food panel. The design of the food panel is very hard to take it out so we… Read more

left it all the time. If just yourself holding the baby/toddler is very hard to put him on the chair at the same time put back the panel on it. I know that because the safety reason so the panel very hard to take out. At the same time, I felt a bit annoy because that is too hard to do it in one hand [you hold baby on another arm and impossible to use one hand to assemble it]

Easy to clean, clever design. Very important easy to clean as you need to use everyday and they usually eating very messy.

We bought the cushion as well separate, we found that not soft enough,

my son always bounce his head back of the chair very hard [we can all hear big bang!!!]

We saw the review that the design allow the person up to 50kg.

That is kinda kids version of designer chair I reckon, quite expensive to be honest... Easy to clean, compact size Expensive, Hard to assemble

Not happy at all – I bought 2 of these chairs for my twin babies. Unfortunately the shoulder straps come from an anchor point at the seat if the chair, so when you tighten the straps it pulls the child into a hunched position. When you loosen the straps they then fall off the shoulder. Both babies look extremely uncomfortable and slouch down in the chairs,… Read more

completely unsecure. After spending almost $900 on the pair of them I can't use them. Maybe they will be useable when they bigger but that defeats the purpose of buying them in my opinion. As a single mum with limited finances who has wasted saved up gift money on these things I'm extremely disappointed. Looks good, has a small footprint which is useful when you have limited space. Poor design of straps to secure small child to the point I cannot use it safely. Very expensive.

so easy to clean – We've had our Age Hilo for about 5 months now, and so happy we chose this one after extensive research, even bought the Choice Repot Which did not rate this highly. However after checking out the ones suggested by Choice at the shops, we found the Age to be the easiest to clean, has a great design, looks good and the tray table is the most… Read more

suitable size. We chose the funky Cherry red colour. Easy to wipe clean, and looks good Not much, only the paint or dye of the chair stains when wiped with a wet cloth.

So Comfortable! – This is a great comfortable high chair. We tried a few chairs in-store and our baby felt really comfortable and looked happy in it. He is now enjoying his meal times in this chair and have to say it has enough room for him, although he is a slim baby, compared to other chairs where he seemed very restricted. Easy to clean. Can be used as a high… Read more

chair and a normal chair for children. Spacious and secure. Great design and colours. Sturdy and stable. Cushion is too soft and needs to be purchased separately. A bit fiddly to assemble.

Sleek, stylish, Superb! A high chair to keep! – What a wonderful high chair! What I was considering when I was purchasing a high chair for my son: 1) Durability and Safety 2) Easy to clean (I don't like chairs with these plastic cushions that have little crevices where it's hard to clean and those cushions crack with use/age!) 3) Easy to move 4) Something my son can grow into 5) Stylish… Read more

and fits in with our furnishings

This chair fits all my criteria!

It's durable made with a moulded plastic seat and it's not too narrow or too wide for bub to grow into. The chair came with the cushion (as a special deal at the store). The plastic seat is kind of grainy so it's a bit safer as it's less slippery. The plastic has no bpa, pvc or pthalates. The frame/legs are made of solid wood and the varnish is water-based. It's also got a 5 point harness and crotch bar. We never had to use the harness as it's very restrictive to bub. Plus the table and the crotch bar keeps him safely tucked in.

Oh I love how it doesn't have these plastic cushions where there are little crevices where food can accumulate and hard to clean. If you get the cushion, it's made of cotton so you do have to stick it in the wash when it does get pretty dirty. Otherwise, dust it off and give it a quick wipe! The table has a removable tray…added connivence!

It's heavier than some other highchairs but to me that makes the chair seem safer and more durable. It does come with a set of wheels so you can easily wheel the chair around on hard surfaced floors.

I love how bub can still sit in it when he's older. With a single flip, it becomes an under-table chair.

It's stylish and comes in several colours like: blackberry, blueberry, carrot, chocolate, portobello, raspberry and asparagus. We chose the asparagus one as we have green decor and dark wooden furnishings. Looks fantastic!

As mentioned in my con list, yes there are some negatives but like everything else, it's what your top needs are. This chair fitted my top needs and it was a great investment! Can be used from 6 months to 6 years, easy to flip, stylish, multiple colour options, pretty cushion as optional, removable tray, easy to clean, 5 point harness and crotch bar, no bpa, pvc or pthalates, wheels, recyclable product! A little difficult to assemble, may need extra hand to flip the chair, expensive, Cushion is cloth so would have to be washed in the washer instead of a simple wipe, cushion slips , table top is latched on with a leather belt and button (not the easiest to lock on and remove).
