Flimsy design, look elsewhere – The legs screw into the chair, which itself is a moulded plastic design. The rear mount points in particular are extremely flimsy (not set well inside the chair body itself); the legs can move considerably when fully screwed in and the brace doesn’t resolve this in the slightest. way you configured the legs. The advice received from Baby Lou was to try rotating (loosening) each leg half a turn with the brace undone and then try tightening the brace again but that didn’t resolve the issue. It really seems like a poorly designed system. Put any amount of pressure on the back of the chair (e.g. a 9kg infant sitting in the chair) and you can see the legs move relative to the chair. A $30 chair from that big Swedish shed is going to offer you a lot more stability, perhaps at the expense of the looks. I returned the chair for a full refund so at least that part was handled nicely by Baby Lou.

appearing smaller than other traditional highchairs and I could not disagree more, my baby is almost 7 months and on the larger end of the scale and he has plenty of room to grow - I can see him fitting this chair well into toddlerhood! The chair was very easy to assemble and has been easy to clean after feeds despite the straps being a light colour I have not noticed any staining after 2 months of use! I had sent an email to Natasha in customer service before purchasing and she got back to me very quickly the next morning. She was very pleasant to talk to and very catering to my request. My order was also shipped within 20 minutes of placing the order and arrived the next day! Overall, I love the highchair and I am so glad I came across this company, I would 100% recommend. tall person by any means. And in all my reviews and research of this high chair, nobody said anything about how little this “high” chair is. So if your after a high chair where your baby can sit up with you at bench height, this may not be the high chair for you. And the size comparison against the little chair it turns into once baby is bigger, is really deceiving, as it looks a lot bigger in the photos than in real life! Which has us wondering how long this high chair will actually last our baby. But aside from how little this high chair is, it is a well made, beautifully looking piece of furniture.

Good size, easy to clean – Pros: Good size chair, sturdy but lightweight, insert and tray are easy to clean. Cons: The tray snap-lock mechanism is tricky and I’m always worried about pinching bub’s skin. The 5-point harness fits awkwardly so the shoulders always fall down. Show details

The best high chair ever! – Bought this for my son and it is amazing! So easy to clean, set up and it is also aesthetically pleasing! I love that it converts to a toddler chair as he grows, he loves it just as much as I do! The tray is spacious and has different levels of how far or close it comes out. I 100% recommend this highchair to other parents!

already fallen off. It is very unstable especially for a wriggley toddler. Floor grip and stability is poor my toddler moves around when eating and the chair shuffles on the ground. Tray is also flimsy.

2. Unsupportive- The seat belt is not supportive, he slips down into an awkward position and I have to keep propping him up.

3. Unusual size. - My mistake for not reading the measurements but it is smaller in size and the table tray is half the size of most high chairs.

It's okay – Aesthetically it's pleasing. The features I think could be improved- adjustable footrest and nicer quality straps. I do find this chair to be too low for me, I wish I had paid more attention to the dimensions before purchase. Not impressed – Decided to go with an alternative high chair with Bub 2 being the little Lou for aesthetics. Super disappointed. It’s quite flimsy and low quality compared to the other brand we’ve used in the past. It’s not super stable and the straps don’t go small enough to support our little one.

Unfortunately disappointed – So so disappointed with this product. Such a beautiful looking chair. We were excited to use it. My baby can sit unassisted- no issues there. The tray Is a nightmare to clip off and on and genuinely hurts my hands. On a positive note- customer survive were amazing when I accidentally ordered the incorrect colour.

Great high chair – This high chair is great with the heights and the aesthetic. I do wish that the table would click in closer than it does as there is a lot of space for food to fall down/onto the ground.

Great looking high chair – Great looking highchair but it was an absolute nightmare to put together. Took more than a few attempts to get right and ensure it wasn’t wobbly. Now that it’s all together it’s awesome. but I wouldn’t purchase it again if I needed another high chair because of the fiddly assembly.
