Really makes me sad – This design, layout, and overall functions are so overshadowed by its competitors. The code is sloppy and old fashioned. Highly recommended you look at other options.

Cheap sites. Hopeless/incompetent support. Good enough for many Real Estates though – This review is related specifically to website delivery and maintenance. They're priced very cheap, and that's why our principal went with them. Working with them is an absolute dog's breakfast. Website delivery involved a lot of back and forth and it really seemed like they had entry level staff working on our site. Very long delays in actioning requests. You will need someone following them up every single day, as they will leave you hanging for weeks.

Support are totally hopeless. You will get one response per day and you will have to repeat yourself over and over again.

Example: I emailed them with a screenshot and explained the problem I was having. I had to wait 24 hours for them to respond to me saying, "please send us a screenshot of the problem". Now I have to wait another 24 hours. Do you call that incompetence or hopelessness? You be the judge.

If you need to make a change or update your site, you don't get to see the change before it happens. They make all changes to the live site. This has caused some HUGE headaches for us because they actually don't check with you before making a change to show ensure you're satisfied, or even to show that they understood what you're asking. I've been blindsided by them a few times. This is horrible QA.

2 stars because the site itself does it's job, shows our listings and is very good value. It looks acceptable from the outside. Kinda like most of our aussie phone service providers - they work fine and are great until you have a problem, then you wish you went with the better quote!

If you simply want a site that ticks the box then this is fine. If your business depends heavily on your site for customers to navigate and get products and services they need (which our business does not) then please don't use these guys.

Nothing but praise – We recently signed up to Agentbox. Our trainer (you know who you are, E) was absolutely fantastic. She was patient with us, and proactive in booking our training sessions. Outside of sessions, she was available and so kind. She never made us feel like idiots, or an intrusion on her day. I wish I was allowed to name her. She is an asset to Agentbox and I hope they know how special she is. I wish her all the best.

Inspection Feedback from the Vendor's Report – The report is shocking. The events are listed in any date order and are all mixed up. There is no sorting done whatsoever by date - ascending or descending order! Items are displayed: 1. name. 2. date. 3. all other data pertaining to the name. Instead of 1. Date (Sorted in ascending order). 2. Name. 3. all other data pertaining to the name. This section is useless and certainly not user-friendly. It is such a simple programming task to code. The current version has not been 1. properly analysed, 2. programmed, 3. developed, 4. tested and 5. APPROVED before implementation! Not a professional attitude at all.
