Just wanted to take the time to thank Alice Chan from MICM for providing us exceptional service and securing our rental. She was extremely professional and was always available for any of our queries. We were always up to date with our application and felt valued as tenants moving to our new home. Took alot of the usual stress away with moving to a new place. Thank you for your help Alice, you made us very happy :)
We asked MICM to help lease out one of our apartment. As this is not our first time dealing with MICM, I have to say I am always impressed with their work. This time I work closely with Vanessa Griffin and she's just fantastic. I appreciate all her efforts, even during these uncertain times. She's a great communicator and always kept us in the loop of what's going on with the market and I always feel informed. Thank you so much for all your efforts, I appreciate your help in making these leasing process hassle free.
We just moved out after renting with MICM* for 4~ years, because we got our own place.
The entire vacate process was extremely smooth and professional. We used MICM's preferred vacate cleaners, and also had the carpet repaired (minor wear and tear over the 4 year tenancy).
MICM did ask for a small sum to "repaint a scratch in the wall", but when we pointed out that we didn't cause it, and we don't know how it appeared, they had a second look. They concluded (and amazingly!!!) admitted to us that it was due to the building shifting - and then...went on to persuade the landlords that we as tenants were not required to pay for those repairs. We got our bond back in full, with no unpleasantness whatsoever. This is completely counter to our experience of other real estate agents / agencies in Australia. Fantastic job, MICM. And a big thank you to our agent, Claudine Cheong, who was professional, efficient, and kind throughout the entire process.

Extremely difficult to contact
MiCM are the property managers for an apartment I no longer own. Despite several requests to stop they still send me emails and text messages as if I am the owner.
Asking how I can stop this spam gets a very brief one line response after 2 emails. I was told to contact my solicitor. I no longer have a solicitor.
Called MiCM is impossible. They never answer their phone.
They are hard to deal with, hard to contact, and their responses are borderline rude. They are not interested in providing any customer service.

I was referred to Andrew Chen by MICM agent to lease my apartment in Southbank. This was my first time renting out a property and Andrew was very professional, provided a lot of support and guidance, and was very quick to respond to my queries. He also found a tenant the same day that I flew out of the country and made the apartment available! I definitely recommend to reach out to Andrew for leasing. I haven't had a worry about leasing my apartment (and the associated costs and paperwork) since talking to him.
Had the worst experience while vacating
My lease was month on month where I use to pay the same amount whether it’s month of 30 days or 31 days. My last month of stay was February which was having 29 days. MICM said that they consider month as 28 days for Feb and I will need to pay one day charge for 29th day. So, in actual I paid for 32 days for a month having 29 days. I tried to talk to agent, he said he would have felt the same if he is at my place but he can’t help as his manager and finance team said that; when I said I want to talk to the manager and finance team , he mentioned...I can’t talk to them. So in nutshell I dint have smooth exit and wont recommend MICM to anyone. Usually they deduct something for sure if you don’t use their end of lease cleaners that’s what the feedback I got from many of my friends. When I checked with agent, he also mentioned I can select any of the cleaners but they usually don’t come on time when we find issues, I have to call them multiple times to get the cleaning done as per MICM standards, trying to give me a hint that use their cleaners or else they will find something or other to deduct amount from bond money. Their recommended end of lease cleaners charged almost double than what’s available in market. I paid 500$ for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in city.

Can I please ask does any one know about the direct contact of the complaint department of MICM? On the website it said call 03 9697 8888 but there is no an actual client service manager, just keep getting transferred to the agent or agent of other MICM. Who can really help for the complaint?

I would like to put my brand new property for renting. Wondering does MICM does Melton South area as well? I tried to contact the agent but no response.
Why could the tenants not have access to the landlord details? Isn't it unfair to the tenant to be totally unfamiliar with the person owning the property???
