another mattress again with built in pillow top - total waste of money & much frustration. Highly recommend Makin Mattresses - expert customer service & great products. They back their products with really good warranties should you have any issues. We are now customers for life.

back are hurting and it is hard to get out of the bed. We are in our 50's and have never experienced a bad mattress such as this. Very disappointing as we paid alot of money.

Worst mattress – Bought the Luxury Comfort Bella Cushion - Firm by Heritage from Myer nearly 2 years ago. We have persevered many nights on this mattress. shoulders, I am under 80 kilos but when I get out of bed there is a dip left where I have been lying, this does not disappear. Part of the warranty is to have a waterproof mattress cover which makes it like sleeping in a plastic bag. Went to Myer a few months ago to look at other mattresses and explained to the assistant the situation, she rolled her eyes and said they are no longer dealing with this company - I wonder why ?

We now sleep most night in our spare room on our lovely 10 year old mattress. This company also make beds for King Coil, so be aware, I tell everyone I know to stay away.

Dont buy this mattress – Bought the plush one not long ago. About 4 months and it just keeps on sinking. Our backs are really painful. When we asked heritage, they said theyd remove some of the material on the top for us but not until we pay 700aud for delivery. What a rip off. Dont ever buy this.  Show details
