AH Beard TERRIBLE mattresses & customer service
Purchased an AH Beard built mattress from Harvey Norman with built in pillow top. Absolute rubbish mattress - went soft & back aches occurred. Many phone calls to both Harvey Norman & AH Beard directly - gave up in the end totally frustrated. Went to Makin Mattresses near Newcastle & purchased a good mattress with separate pillow top. Never buying another mattress again with built in pillow top - total waste of money & much frustration. Highly recommend Makin Mattresses - expert customer service & great products. They back their products with really good warranties should you have any issues. We are now customers for life.

The Worst Mattress We Have Ever Experienced
We purchased a Plush mattress. It felt nice and soft sitting on it and lying on it, but when you lie on it for a long time like overnight it is too soft. We wake up feeling really hot in the spot that we are sleeping. It is too soft too get out of the bed. It feels like you are just lying in one spot because it is too soft too move anywhere. Our back are hurting and it is hard to get out of the bed. We are in our 50's and have never experienced a bad mattress such as this. Very disappointing as we paid alot of money.

Worst mattress
Bought the Luxury Comfort Bella Cushion - Firm by Heritage from Myer nearly 2 years ago. We have persevered many nights on this mattress. I contacted AH Beard over 6 months ago who advise that they would send someone out at our cost which I declined, I do not want to pay this company any more money. Every morning we wake up with sore hips and shoulders, I am under 80 kilos but when I get out of bed there is a dip left where I have been lying, this does not disappear. Went to Myer a few months ago to look at other mattresses and explained to the assistant the situation, she rolled her eyes and said they are no longer dealing with this company - I wonder why ? We now sleep most night in our spare room on our lovely 10 year old mattress. This company also make beds for King Coil, so be aware, I tell everyone I know to stay away.Purchased in at Myer Retail Stores for $2,000.

Read moreunny how every time I slept on our old mattress = no problems, then. back to this one and after one night the hips and shoulders were playing up, obviously a bad buy on my behalf. But the worst thing about it all was the customer service, the warranty meant nothing, unless you wanted to pay them more money to come out and have a look at it. But the good news is I have now bought the best mattress, after lots of recommendations I had a SLEEPING DUCK delivered and have now had the best nights sleeps in a long time. But also the best bit is the customer service which is the best I have ever experienced and where do you get a mattress from that if you don't like it you can return after 100 days !! You need yo wake up AH Beard and take note. Goodnight.

Dont buy this mattress
Bought the plush one not long ago. About 4 months and it just keeps on sinking. Our backs are really painful. When we asked heritage, they said theyd remove some of the material on the top for us but not until we pay 700aud for delivery. What a rip off. Dont ever buy this.

Like i said we have and they said theyll remove the plush as long as we pay 700 bucks for the delivery. I am not happy to pay that!

Lost flatness after 12 months
2 years on and we are changing again not flat anymore and customer service is terrible don’t buy this one unless you like rolling out every night sorry but try others
