The mattress is very heavy (over 50 kilos) which makes it very heavy to lift when making the bed. They also only deliver to the foyer lift if you live in an apartment or your bedroom is upstairs. Show details

everything in their power not to refund it. I have felt bullied and ignored every step of the way. I have never ever left a negative review however im absolutely appalled how horrible this company has been to me. Be very mindful before purchasing from this company. They do not adhere to their customers confidentiality . They emailed me a screenshot of customers phones numbers, email addresses and location. They certainly dont pride themselves on protecting customer information. After 3 weeks of trying to get my entitled refund with no success I asked to speak with the manager. The manager does not take or make calls. I have sent several emails which are unanswered. They ignore you. I have dropped the mattress myself to a charity store and told them I have no mattress and if they could process my refund immediately, they laughed and told me it will take up to 10 business days. They lack compassion and empathy . I also shared with them that i am chronically unwell and they have not made any provision to help me make this process less stressful . My advice buy elsewhere if you can because if for any reason you want to return your item they will make the process extremely difficult. The "customer service " team are extremely rude, dishonest, unhelpful, ignorant, unwilling and arrogant. The mattress itself, for me, was very uncomfortable. It felt like i was sleeping on a concrete floor .

reviews were very positive and available videos and data informative, so I took the plunge. Ordering and delivery were very speedy, with great tracking. The unpacking process was simple. The look and feel was lovely. I really like this mattress! The top is cushiony enough and the firmness is perfect for me, with the right amount of give. I like that the sides don't sag down if sitting on the edge. My only tiny negative is that it does sleep warm, but the positives outweigh one negative! As a side sleeper with a trash back, the mattress has been a winner for me. I made this purchase a month ago(on sale so an even better deal!), and it's so far so good.

You may look at the price of these mattresses and think why would I spend that much but did you know you spend about a third of your life sleeping? Why compromise on a horrible mattress when you could get a sleep republic mattress. My dad recommended us these mattresses as he has had one for the past 7 years. our brand new one. We have had ours for about a year now and not a night goes by where I wish we had a different mattress. With a perfect mix of firm but still cloud like. The previous mattress we had would dip in the sides where my partner and I would sleep and was causing us to wake up with stiff backs but with our sleep republic mattress we have never had this problem. Since we have bought our sleep republic mattress our sleep has improved immensely. For my partner and I this is the best investment into our sleep we have ever made. No i am not being paid for this review i am just a normal 22 year old Australian mum who cherishes an amazing night sleep, and truely believes that these mattresses provide just that.

to scam the company, and it led me to write a strong review about the customer service. I had to demonstrate that the mattress failed (photos, videos, weights over the different areas to see the weak ones, after many messages with the evidence, they finally agreed to send me a new one under warranty in 2022, I erase the bad review.. In 2024 I began again to have troubles with my back and this 2026 it made crisis. I wrote to the company again and, since I could not remember all this process (I am 81), I gave them the present address, which does not correspond with the first delivery or the replacement. Unfortunately, when you rent, most likely after a few years the landlord sells and you have to vacate. The fact of the matter is that after that last email I sent, I was completely ignored, so my only tool is this review to warn others. For me it is absolutely obvious that I received a non-advertised "seconds" the first time, hence the offer, and as usually happens, when you claim in warranty, most of the time you receive a "seconds".

still feel the need to rotate it every two weeks (even on the third month) as I can feel the mattress develops sagging around the hip area. It is a bit of a hassle.

Sleep republic mattresses are so good that almost 8 years in and our king mattress is still going strong. No dips. Not too hot. So comfortable. No hip pain like other mattresses. I also have a back injury and it is so supportive. Just bought a new queen mattress for my son. Customer service to clear up an order error that I made was exceptional. Home delivery was very convenient. The mattress was easy to unpack and has proved very comfortable to sleep on. We are a large male and smaller female; we don’t experience any disturbance from movement at night. The mattress is very supportive and shows no sign of sagging after several months of use. almost pain-free. I know my chronic back pain can’t be cured but this mattress has given me such a marked improvement that I’m very grateful for.

This mattress has been comfortable from day one. I have multipal issues with my back, hip and neck and this mattress feels so supportive but still nice a soft against the sore points. I haven't woken up as stiff and sore as I did with my old lattex mattress. feel as if you will roll out. Best feature for us is the lack of partner sleep disturbance - we no longer wake when the other gets out of bed. Happy with the level of support and the topper is not too soft (doesn’t make me feel too hot at night, like some memory foam toppers do). Highly recommend.

I'm not someone who would have ever considered buying a mattress in a box, not without first lying on it, and feeling it, and pushing the springs down, and bouncing up and down on it....before either changing my mind or giving up altogether. But because of the multiples of reviews by everyday people, I actually did buy a mattress in a box, sight unseen, A Sleep Republic mattress. And I haven't looked back since. I'm even back to going to bed early, mainly so that I can just lay there and read, before I doze off with my glasses still on. Goodnight. I love you.

From night one I felt so comfortable on my new mattress. It feels supportive and yet moulds to my body in such an easy way! Now I’m having 8+hrs sleep per night and I no longer have the hip and back pain keeping me awake. I’m soooo glad I bought this mattress. Love this mattress, very supportive but comfortable. Can’t feel partner moving at all and I’m not too hot. Only gripe is it’s very slippery, and that’s with a pillow top, protector and then sheet. Still wouldn’t discount it though, maybe other mattresses using a similar outer fabric so would be the same. Show details ·  1

At the beginning I was ready to return my mattress for a refund. I realised I needed to give it more time. It did take awhile to get used to it, as every mattress is different. Some mornings I woke up with some soreness but now waking up feeling great. I have just had Hernia surgery and the mattress has made my recovery more bearable. Show details ·  1
