Be beware of buying from this website. I thought they looked like a quality and decent company. However due to a technical glitch and clicking too quickly I accidentally ordered 4 rather than 2 of an expensive bath mat. I emailed them IMMEDIATELY and their response was basically - bad luck, we do not give refunds, see our returns policy. In my view, this is not fair and decent trading.
