thing I noticed during our visit is their ordering software, it is so effective system, any adjustments were updated immediately and a printed version was provided which gave clear overview of price variations. In addition seamless integration between shopfront vs neighbouring storage. Finally, best value for the items we purchased and we are very pleased with the quality.

 Follow-up  · My last purchase was 750mm vanity. As I have been saying all staff is really helpful. As, soon you step on front desk . Someone will come immediately to assist you. That’s the main thing I have noticed .

Just constructive feedback, I don’t think the driver has time to take customer calls so possibly best leaving that out as an option in your comms or redirecting to a customer service centre. I attempted to call twice the number given, as my husband and I were going out after 6pm. In the end this was a non issue. The box with the mirror was dropped safely inside our front gate with the help of my teenage son who was home and overall we are mega happy with the service our delivery driver gave and the product.

Once the mirror is safely installed in our renovated bathroom I will post a picture. Thanks very much. Overall a great service and product.

time. Nothing was missed out. What stood out for us was the After Sales Service. Joanne and Angela provided us with first class service and attention when we had items that needed replacement during the warranty period. The process was simple and they kept us updated from time to time. We would like to specifically mention a cracked toilet pan which we reported to My Homeware last Friday. Within 6 days, Joanne had arranged for a replacement pan from their Supplier and sent their Technician to carry out the replacement. This was outstanding service! Thanks, Joanne. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend My Homeware to anyone who wishes to make homeware purchases.

it took over three weeks for delivery with Fast-Way Couriers (or should that be Slow-Way) For that entire time, FastWay tracking showed nothing more than "picked up" with no further progress at all. When the tap eventually arrived, I installed it that same day. From that time onwards, the tap had a slow drip-leak from the cartridge valve assembly. When I operate the control valve lever for either hot or cold water, the slow drip increases. It's nothing major, just a dodgy cartridge, but for a brand new product touting a five year warranty on the cartridge, I felt let down. I gave it a week or so to settle in, hoping that the leak would resolve itself but no luck. EDIT: Joyce from MyHomeware phoned me at home (great communication) which is what we need these days of online retailing, and after viewing an emailed 15 second video of my leaking cartridge, promptly arranged for a replacement cartridge to be sent to me. That's all I was hoping for...a simple fix for a simple problem. I'm now a happy, grumpy old man again. Thank you ! ...but Fastway Couriers slow delivery is something that could be improved.

customer service representative got involved. To this very day their staff have not managed to get it onto a delivery truck. Missed my deadline in delivering a new hair salon with these mirrors. Very embarrassing to my client. They don't believe the excuses because it actually sounds that ridiculous I don't blame them. At this moment my order is still sitting in their warehouse. There's no accountability here whatsoever. Unbelievable but true.
