I had a great experience with Megasealed and would happily recommend the team. When I first started looking into a leak in my shower, Charlie came out to assess the issue. He quickly understood what needed to be done and explained it clearly. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me or recommend unnecessary work. He was focused on… Read more · 1
doing the job properly and making sure I got a good result. I had spoken to alot of waterproofer and tilers who kept trying to sell me a dream, and Charlie was not that sort. He was very honest. Charlie was also happy to answer every question I threw his way, and his experience and knowledge gave me real confidence in the work.
When the job began, Brian was just as impressive. He took great care to protect my tenant’s home, laying sheets to keep everything clean and minimise any mess and dust. He worked carefully and precisely throughout the job, and paid close attention to making sure the shower had the correct fall so the water would drain properly and help prevent the problem from happening again. His care and attention to detail really stood out.
I’m very grateful to Charlie, Brian and the whole Megasealed team for their professionalism, knowledge and care from beginning to end. It was reassuring to have the work handled so well, and I’m really happy with the service I received.

Tiler came on tile to change over broken soap dish, but a few Tiles were slightly damaged. [Name Removed] did grout work, not as perfect as he did on my en suite bathroom, but all issues fixed.
what a joke seen advertised on tv my shower floor grout needed to be redone so called rep came out and measured up ect. So once received the quote I decided to go ahead so within hours of accepting quote they called to book in Job. They suggested time and day I agreed 12pm in 2 days time. So on the morning of the job the guy called Solomon and… Read more
said he be there 1pm all good. I took the day off my casual employment so lost day wage to get it done , sat at home waiting by 2.45pm no one turned up and no phone call. I was so pissed off I rang and left message dont bother coming I go to National Tiles buy some epoxy grout and do the job myself.
I get a call back saying Solomon car had broken down, I 20sec phone call would of been nice to say this seen over an hour and half late but nothing. after ring megerseal I sent a text to Solomon saying dont bother coming. I get text from him straight back sorry car problems I can be there in 30min what a lame excuse, a quick text or call to tell me he be delayed would of not been a problem at all,no customer service at all great way to run your business.
The gentleman that came to the quote was very informative and helpful. Unfortunately the person who came to do the work left the shower door of the track and could not open or close the door. He then tried to say that the door was already like that when it wasn’t. He then arrived to fix the door with a negative attitude as he had to drive a hour to come fix it when he should have just fixed it before he left.

We had a main shower and ensuite shower resealed walls and floor, from the initial call to Megasealed, Uloh to contact with Ruben, who attended and provided an initial quote on the main shower which had some cracked and broken grout on the walls and floor with some moisture detected. While at the residence I asked if he could also quote on the… Read more · 1
ensuite shower, which was no trouble at all. I was advised of the process of the works to be carried out costings and preparation required for when the tradesperson arrives. All this was supported by a detailed written quote and a checklist for preparing the shower prior to the works being conducted. Anthony in accounts advised me of the payment process regarding the invoice.
David Walker carried out the works on both showers, communication from David prior to his arrival was timely and consistent. David was professional, did a fantastic thorough job, advised me as he carried out the works and cleaned up after both reseals. The showers look like new and no sign of moisture anywhere.
I would recommend Megasealed.
