We had megasealed repair both of our bathrooms and they did a fantastic job looks like new. Two different techs but both were professional and friendly and cleaned up after job was complete. Regrouting of entire shower area was needed after we purchased a new established home and the workman ship was a disgrace and product used was cheap and nasty. Just out of warranty the developer wouldn’t Assit us so Mega seal did!

I was very pleased with the quality and the thoroughness of the work performed by Tarun to reseal my shower and benchtops. They now look as good as new. I was also impressed by the technical advice supplied by Kylie, at the time of the original assessment of the work that needed doing. An all-round pleasant experience. Show details · 1
Follow-up · The total cost for the job was reasonable at about $2750. It took about a day and a half to complete the original work. They then came back a week or so later, at my request, to touch up a few flaws in the grout after it cured, at no extra cost. The final result was very pleasing and they cleaned up the area very thoroughly after the work was done. Altogether, a very professional job. I would definitely recommend these people.
Luke was very professional and provided a quote within 24 hours. The job was done as quoted and looks excellent especially as it is an old shower in a rental property. Follow-up · Still happy with product, although slight mould buildup in joints of grout and tile after ca 6 months. A bleach clean all removed and started to dry shower recess with towel after use. And it’s been like new ever since. Still very much happy. Thank you Dana

Tiler came on tile to change over broken soap dish, but a few Tiles were slightly damaged. [Name Removed] did grout work, not as perfect as he did on my en suite bathroom, but all issues fixed.
what a joke seen advertised on tv my shower floor grout needed to be redone so called rep came out and measured up ect. said he be there 1pm all good. I took the day off my casual employment so lost day wage to get it done , sat at home waiting by 2.45pm no one turned up and no phone call. I was so pissed off I rang and left message dont bother coming I go to National Tiles buy some epoxy grout and do the job myself.
I get a call back saying Solomon car had broken down, I 20sec phone call would of been nice to say this seen over an hour and half late but nothing. after ring megerseal I sent a text to Solomon saying dont bother coming. I get text from him straight back sorry car problems I can be there in 30min what a lame excuse, a quick text or call to tell me he be delayed would of not been a problem at all,no customer service at all great way to run your business.
The gentleman that came to the quote was very informative and helpful. Unfortunately the person who came to do the work left the shower door of the track and could not open or close the door. He then tried to say that the door was already like that when it wasn’t. He then arrived to fix the door with a negative attitude as he had to drive a hour to come fix it when he should have just fixed it before he left.

in ACT. The most significant failure of Megasealed's job, the poor finish of the waste drain, will lead to shower water go directly underneath the tile bedding, causing water damage to joining structures over time. The second defect of Megasealed's job is the adhesive behind tiles are dabs shown on thermal images, opposing to the building standards of at least 90% adhesive coverage. The third defect is the use of grout at the floor-wall joints that will not accommodate movement of the tiles with temperature changes of the shower, while the building standards clearly require flexible sealant.
Based on the defects specified by the inspection report and how Megasealed tried to mess up with us ... (saving words here), we'll bring the matter to ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal (ACAT) for a refund of our deposit and compensation for the cost of building inspection. Most importantly, no more victims of Megasealed in the future, thanks to the transparency provided by the Google Review.
If you have similar experience, leave a message. All customers of Megasealed Sydney South East and Canberra, ask a licensed builder to check their work might be a good idea.
Do not trust them when they offer a discount with cash payment. The alleged owner of the franchise "[Name Removed]" claimed that "it's a cash job which means it's not on our book", "I have a very good lawyer who has never lost a case like this". It sounds very reassuring "honest and fair dealing with clients" from a person who claims to have over 20 years of experience. Thanks for the call "[Name Removed]", that has made us even more determined to pursue this matter.
