Great service.
QLD Brisbane CentralWe now have a brand-new shower. I couldn't be happier with the product and service that I received from Megasealed. They were always pleasant to speak to; nothing was too much for them even though we did come across a few minor difficulties such as the water running onto the bathroom floor (easily solved with a diverter); they always kept us informed either by email or phone. Thanks to Andrea, Chris and Warren.

No More Shower Leaks
QLD Brisbane CentralOld shower area gone. New shower plain but waterproof, with shiny white wall tiles, laid with straight even lines. Floor tiles also very neat. Looks great with the existing area as new work has given it all a lift and a clean fresh look. The work involved a range of well-mannered & professional tradies - all co-ordinated with nothing for us to do. All areas packed up neatly each day and all rubbish removed. Our home was treated with respect especially by our tiler who worked with diligence and showed that he aimed for perfection. We are very happy with the results. Thank you.

Very Disappointed
NSW NewcastleInitial dealings were excellent, very thorough investigation to provide quote and this was the determining factor with selecting Megasealed only to be let down by the workmanship of the tradesmen sent. When we voiced our disappointment when invoice was sent we were told a different person would inspect the workmanship and address our issues, this did not happen. The same tradesmen arrived and spent 10 minutes rectifying the issue. All that he appeared to do was leave a mess and little to no difference in the quality of the job . VERY DISAPPOINTED and would not recommend this company.

ACT, CanberraWe had an excellent results from Megasealed. Firstly, from Kylie, regarding the inspection and quote for both bathrooms. And secondly, from Edmar who did an outstanding job re-grouting both bathrooms. Edmar is a traditional tradesman ... he works hard, he doesn't waste time, and he is polite and courteous at all times. And, he does a great job of cleaning up after himself.

Excellent Service and Quality workmanship
SA, AdelaideWe wanted to say thank you to Megasealed SA for helping us out with the repairs to our ensuite shower, but in particular a big thanks to the contractor 'Ju' for such an amazing job on the shower repair. She was courteous, professional, friendly, respectful of our property but also, her work and attention to detail was high quality. Also a mention to Andrew Forgan for his efforts and advice, many thanks.

What is the warranty for work completed particularly to seal balconies. Helen

Had my ensuite done by Megaseal last week and gave a 5star review for the work and friendly service. I have now used my shower for the 1st time and a bit dissapointed with the grout colour, it's much different to the rest. I did question the colour but was told it will be true colour once it's cured and washed. It hasn't changed, it's way too light. I'm now questioning if it was my colour choice or the wrong colour used?? A bit dissapointed that the Tiler didn't pick up the colour difference and question me, if I was happy or not??
