life insurance was denied. Adrian doesn’t give two toots if he stuffs up your life insurance police. Adrian a decent thing to do would’ve been to say hey mate I think you misunderstood the question…..I do have dyslexia and don’t comprehend things normally like other people do. Being honest got me nowhere. Thanx for making my day just a little more stressful and it had to be. A formal complaint will be made.

This is perfect, can't leave without it – Love the way ahm life insurance online purchase application. Very fast and slick design. I also call up ahm support team to complete the application while I was half way into the online application. The experience is very good that we are on the same page without much explanation. Quick quote and easy application process – I needed some life insurance cover to cover some debt. I could get quotes and then purchase online by answering a few medical questions. The whole process only took me 10 minutes. Show details ·  1

Too hard to deal with – Unable to cancel this policy online so had to phone through. There was no-one available so had to set up a call back. 3 hours later upon receiving the call the operator advised they could not go any lower than $100000 for coverage - to which again i advised that i wanted to cancel it as couldnt afford it. could offer me $50000 and just kept pushing and pushing - so i agreed. I then phoned back a month later to cancel again as I was getting even less income than when i first phoned..same deal. No-one available - then upon call back had to answer about 20 questions that were irrelevant and none of their business and they only processed the cancellation when I said i had to go so please hurry this up. Inefficient and hard to too hard to deal with. Have now gone to Nobleoak.
