I feel I was manipulated into signing up with real insurance. The policy is more expensive than my current policy with another company. I do not wish to continue with real insurance.

Excellent

Amazing

Super easy application process and staff are absolutely fantastic. I looked at many different policies and Real Life was by far the best value and this made it a no brainer on who we took out our policies with.

Get in Verbally, Get out With Difficulty

After calling in to inquire of pricing, I was able to get a policy set up on the condition it could easily be cancelled by calling in if I changed my mind. After looking at several other companies, all 5 were much cheaper, with similar benefits, although not exactly the same. After calling Real insurance I was advised that I would need to cancel in writing. So my word is ok for setting up a policy which would take my money, but not good enough to stop the process.

I have since called again to ensure the cancelation of my policy, and the rep was able to cancel over the phone. Why then tell me that I needed to cancel in writing? What annoys me about this affair is that it's ok to accept my voice for starting a policy and the credit card payment, but it's not ok for cancelling same policy. Why is that? It just discourages people from getting a policy if they can't cancel easily. They will hesitate to get involved if there is no easy out. Now I will do careful research and question various companies, until I'm sure which one is suitable. Then I will get that policy, and there's no need to change my mind. So many options can even add kids

The call centre staff were lovely and answered all questions, received email with documents straight away. I was given options regarding family cover and possibility of adding in my child. Good value and gives me so much less stress.

So easy - I am glad I asked for a quote

Policy was accurate and based on my needs and budget, I don’t feel like I’m going to loose out - my family is now protected if the worst was to happen and that is a huge plus in my eyes

Most attractive life insurance I have seen in years

It was easy to set up and a lot cheaper than expected, Rebecca was very friendly and helpful.
The description of the policies was very clear and transparent. And all done over the phone with the policy emailed within a few minutes.

Policy much cheaper than my previous life insurance with a different company.AJ explained everything thoroughly, I never felt I was pushed into buying a new policy. He called me back a week later as discussed. Great service, really good to speak to the same consultant again.

Terrible overpriced a nightmare to claim

Absolutely a complete rip off of insurance
I called to cancel my policy only to be told I can’t do it over the phone despite being authenticated by the system
They took my fortnight payment anyway & said sorry they don’t do refunds!!!
Was with them for nearly 10 years and only 1 claim & was a complete nightmare to get through the claims department despite it being for surgery.
Save your money on this overpriced insurance

To date I have never seen a review of a claim for a deceased. When I wrote on Facebook querying this, a lady responded saying her mother had passed and that she was still waiting to get any questions answered for nearly 3 months after her mothers passing. She had still not received a payout. Her mother's premiums were always up to date. My question is: (Please explain honestly and truthfully on this page, for all to see)... How long does it take to finalise a claim that is found to have been filled in and completed honestly and truthfully. I would like to think that all my payments that I have made to your company means that you will do the right thing by me for my family when I die.Each claim is assessed on a case-by-case basis and depends on third party sources to provide additional information.
