Rung up to find out why my payment hadn't been debited, spent 5 minutes going through the automated system and following instructions correctly, to end up being offered a quote. Finally got through to a person, who then had to check every personal detail and still couldn't help, "Transferred to another department " I eventually gave up, after 20 minutes.

I have just taken out a policy with Real and found the sales consultant, Ali, to be extremely polite, engaging and professional. He answered my many and sometimes naive questions thoroughly and very patiently and explained anything I didn't understand. With the fast rising cost of living, I am looking to cut costs where I can and have saved a little over $20 per month with Real insurance, so happy with that!
