Efficient and Professional
Easy set up. Explained in simple terms and told where I could get further information. My request was straight forward not sure how it would go if my case was more complicated?

I applied for cover over the phone. As soon as Real Life Insurance person heard I had a heart condition he dismissed me in a very rude way. This company does not treat people as individuals. They did not take the time to find out I am at my healthiest and fittest condition ever. I have life insurance with another company now that took the time to really get to know me and my health condition.

Fairly straightforward to set up. Very nice customer service operator (Ali). The premium seems reasonable and there is a 30 day cooling off period to review if needed. Overall a very easy process.

when I completed the policy it was best value for the cover I ended with and have opportunity to change as it suits it was a bit drawn out but was easy enough to follow.

Meets my current needs
Seems to be good value and was easy to setup and will give me piece of mind. Information provided st the time was clear and easy to understand and I felt comfortable with my choice.

Easy to setup and quick but a bit expensive. Makes you weigh up if it is worth it I guess. But all the same is something that is there for the wife if ever needed so peace of mind.

Accident causing death and serious injury
We took a policy out in 2008 for my husband it was death by injury or serious injury he had an accident at work 2 years ago he has been in a wheelchair because he fell and injured his back i put in a claim and it was denied i have now put a dispute we will see what happens now

Customer services was great
I think my cover is fair I kept seeing the ads on TV and it made me think what am I going to leave my family with. I'm glad I've made that step. Now I feel sooo relieved I know I'm covered and that my family won't be left with a huge burden when I pass.
Tv Add—medical questions, but at application, lots of questions asked.
Add says to medical questions asked; however at the time of application, lots of questions asked. What is the point, a policy holder may have any of the deceases at any time in future and that’ Why we are talking insurance.....it seems real insurance aiming not pay claims based on any of the disease in the past which client may not aware of.

I feel the policy value was a fair price but the customer service was really fantastic and I felt good while taking out the policy. It was very informative and gives me peace of mind
Cancelled in writing and still debited
It is disappointing to know I cancelled my policy and my husbands policy in writing, it was confirmed they had received the cancellation and still took off the debit amount 8 days later. I think the amount should be refunded if cancelled in writing.
