Amy was spectacular, for want of an even better word! She was honest, intelligent, forthright when required and her sense of humour was inviting. I only wanted to know the cost of a $200k product and was not remotely interested in anything less. What ensued was a marvellous conversation that eventuated in me being sold a $50k life insurance.

I have thrown in work for 6mths and thought I would look more seriously at Life Insurance once I returned to active work duty. Instead, Amy's non confrontational approach was able to sell me something that I was convinced I didn't need.

Sure, you can be reassured that her sales methodology was brilliant, however I would prefer to mention that Amy seemed to actually believe in the product. This is rare so reward Amy and hold onto her.

Please do NOT give her a certificate of appreciation (I mean how boring....yawn) and instead offer her a marvellous fully catered meal for her and a partner / friend / family member.

Amy....thanks and the only reason I didn't video myself giving you accolades is because that would just be weird if I rambled off the subject matter I have written above (just think about that...sorta creepy yeah?)

So go forth and prosper - if anyone ever complains about your service then they'd probably suffer from [Content Removed] or boganism...something that will haunt them for life! (I'm not judging, just using facts that I made up).

Omg it was an absolute pleasure to talk to this lovely young man he was so helpful, he calmed me down from being nervous about wanting to get the highest amount and it was a bit too much money for my low income, so he said he could do 1/2 the amount and it would be less to pay each week as I get paid weekly on work cover so if I could kiss him… Read more ·  1

though the phone I would as he made things so easy to help me stop stressing and to be able to have the amount I wanted but just did things a bit differently which made my day.

Kevin from Seniors life insurance made the sign up process easy and helped me to understand the cover is for Now. Knowing my kids will get a little something from Mum if anything happens before i am 85 gives me relief. Recommended. Show details ·  1

The young man that spoke to me was very good, easy to understand and explained all that was necessary for me to understand that the policy would only continue on until I was 85yrs old. If I'm still going on after that I don't even get my funeral paid for. That would be a very hard policy to sell. I may just cancel anyway. I'm still thinking… Read more ·  1

I found it really good value. Only problem my wife wasn't put on as the person to speak to. My wife does all the organising for me as I dont know anything about computers. if you are knowledgeable and answer questions without putting the customer on hold to look it up, not this agent he knew his stuff. I'd promote this guy I wish i remembered his name but im sure any TL phld find out and listen to the call.
