Aiper Cordless Pool Cleaner – Edit, failed on 2 years, one fan not working. Never used it much really in the last year due to failing health. Offered $30 off if I buy a new one. Ridiculous. Had this around a year. We only have a small pool and the time to clean a few hours, which is the only downside. It cleans well, climbs walls and cleans the waterline. It doesn't do steps. reccomended hard working cordless pool robot – for the price ($899) this little unit does a great job. 10x5m pool - 08 months in and no problems. compared to my previous cabled system that cost three times the price, its a winner. far been good and they are repairing free of charge. Aiper also paying for shipping.

Update: Repair service couldn’t have been better. Postage covered by Aiper both ways and warranty repair done free of charge.

Update: Unit has died again in December 2025 outside of warranty. One of the water jet fan blades disconnected from the unit due to rust.

Not worth the hassle – Avoid at all costs, within the first week the main button has seized and you have to turn the robot upside down to turn it off and on (google informs me it’s a common fault) doesn’t pick up much dirt or debris. Poor support – The product is fine, but the support isn't. I needed a tax invoice and they sent an invoice with no ABN. I emailed them back with no response. I phoned them on their 1800 number and that was switched off. How can it be that hard to issue a tax invoice and email it to me? Show details

Pool cleaner – the Aiper pool cleaner robot ... the Seagull pro lite has been amazing so much better than my previous cleaners .. bottom ... my only reservation is it's not good on the small steps I have that enter the pool otherwise is brilliant removes sand leaves small particle debris and is easy to clean. You just charge it up and throw in the pool and when it's done it parks itself at the water edge for easy removal. After 5 months of use no issues and could not be happier .
