Useless from start to end – The product is very attractive so I bought two packs for 17,00 dollars each. First I could not open the lid and after trying to use the knife cut my hand. Instructions on that are very unclear. I threw the aroma bottle on the floor, and the lid went off. Yeah, ok, so both diffusers do not work automatically as said on the package; I need to switch the button on the back several times so it responds. Other times it stays dead. Bad product, not worth buying.
