Well of course the scent does NOT last. They are made in rubbish CHINA! So what do you expect. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, lasts if made in CHINA!!!!!

and they say as a good will they will issue me a Coles e-gift card - that was 2 weeks ago. no e-gift card yet as thet stated e-gift card are low in nubers and once they get them they will issue one to me. Amazing custmer service ( being sarcastics here ). So i am waiting for e- gift card.

Yucky – If there was a product that shouldn't exist, it is a plug in. I smell nothing nice in these, they are way to strong and are inescapable when someone else uses one, i can smell them from the street. Also the commercial literally hurts my ears, makes me want to puke and i can not sleep at night. This dreadful product is impossible to avoid and i may start vandalising the product in stores because it shouldn't exist

When they create these products they are suppose to be tested. Today especially, is no time to waste money. Now that we are spending more time at home for work or pleasure it would be great if this product worked as it used to.

Love Air wick plug in – I love Air Wick plug in. I had been using another brand for many years but changed to Air wick . I was looking through the Woolworths web site and noticed the Cherry blossom and thought I would try it . Couldn't be happier. The fragrance and design is absolutely beautiful. False Advertising don't purchase – The Air Wick Scented Oil Refill Package clearly states "up to 200 days" this statement is absolute rubbish, I was lucky to get 21 days on the lowest setting, Air Wick needs to stop manufacturing this product, or at least print the CORRECT information, this product is a total waste of money. Show details

Not working! Don't waste your money – I have now bought 2 scented oils and refills and there's is no smell. I thought it was the plug being faulty but having moved the plug in to a different socket it has made no difference. now there's nothing I just bought a replacement plug in thinking my other one is faulty and that one also is doing nothing. I have bought the turquoise scent and vanilla and nothing. I am SO upset that I have again waisted my money on something that clearly is not working . So now I am stuk with 5 scented oils and 2 plug ins and nothing working . So dissapointed and upset with these plug ins esp as I have used them for years and now i have waisted so much money on something that's not working.

Complaint – I would never buy this product as I find the television advertising insulating. "If you have a pet your house doesn't smell fresh" if you have a husband and teenage children your house doesn't smell fresh either. An advertment that insulates pet owner. Where has the Fragrance gone? – Have purchased these range of plug in diffusers many times over the years. Up until now, I have been satisfied with their performance. and can no longer smell ANY fragrance. Its not a matter of becoming accustomed to the scent so therefore can no longer smell it ,as this never seemed to occur with previous fragrance lines over previous years. Its not a one off batch issue, as i have (stupidly) continued to purchase the product over the last year believing the next would be better. Unfortunately not.

Considering they cost about $10 per product, and claim to last "up too" 80 days depending on the setting, 2-4 days of fragrance isn't acceptable. I think in future i will just purchase essential oils and use my own diffusers. Far cheaper in the long run.

funky smell as soon as I plugged them in, but waited for other feedback. Ugh, I sure got it!! What a disappointment and waste of money!

I would have submitted my receipt, but I already threw it away. I wish I hadn’t, because I feel I deserve a voucher for a new scent!

Smells OK but only lasted 15 days! – Plugged in on 20th on lowest setting and all (we used 4 of these) had run out by the 5th of the next month. States on the box they last much longer than this but they certainly don't. Poor value and very expensive for the short time it lasts.

Air Wick Plugin – Do NOT buy. Product states is will last up to 160 Days. I insert mine on 24.2.18 and setting is on LOW and it has already run out 11.3.18. Does NOT even last for 30vdays

Horrible product!! – The unit leaks. The oil inside strips paint! I can only imagine what it's doing to our lungs. I'll be writing a complaint to the consumer ombudsman. The unit is in the bin where it belongs!

Excellent Innovation – I like the concept of this product. Its a convenient product. Great to plug in and this product does the work itself without you having to do anything. The oil's are pleasant fragrances. Do give it a go! Cheap
