I have been given the ce112 mincer but no instruction manual how to set up and use where can I get one

Try K Mart or Kogan .com they have the machines but not sure about the spare parts .
Can I get an instruction manual on line? Have misplaced the one I had and not sure if I am putting the blade around the right way, nor how to use all the attachments.
You could try these 2 online sites they might be able to help you as they do have manuals for some meat mincers .You might be able to find how to put them together in their manuals as most of those mincer are the same to put together. Kitchener Out Door game Processors,they have 12 different meat grinders and the show the manual on there .Also Kogan.com show their meat grinders ,and show how to use manual on there .Other than that you could contact KMart as that is where I got mine,they might put you on to some one that could help you to where to go to get the manual..I do hope this helps you .I have not got my mincer anymore.. There are 3 Kebbe attachments with no instructions on how to use them. I can see how to use the tube one but the others seem to make different shapes, so how do you use these?
If you can go to the Brand name by putting it in Google and you should be able to get all the details on how to use them.

I bought mine through K MART so maybe try them,in your book that you got with your mincer there should be a part on the back where you can ring to see if they can help you ...hope this helps.

I have a model CE112 and I have difficulty in mincing kangaroo. I've made sure the screw is locked in, the blade is around the right way, added the largest attachment but after a short while the screw stops turning and consequently the blade stops mincing. So I take it to pieces and clean it and there's grease mixed in with the kangaroo meat. The meat was cut into small pieces to make it easier on the machine but it makes no difference. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is the machine not capable of mincing roo?
IMnot sure about Kangaroo Meat as i have never used it in the Mincer.
