SIM LOCKED – I bought this phone for my Mum who is 83 years old - after only 6 months she cannot use it anymore as it comes up with 'SIM locked SOS only!' We have spent hours with Optus (her provider) and they cannot help. What can I do now? Do I take it back to the store? Can't use it because it is locked.
