Best of the Dumb Phones
Having tried other brands, Olitech if by far the best and most reliable of them all. Us oldies simply want a phone with SMS capabilities. We rarely, if ever, use the camera so can't comment on that aspect of the phone.

Best for seniors with poor eyesight
I have recebtly received my Olitech flip phone and as I have poor vision with Macular Degeneration this is the best Mobile Phone I have tried so far with such a clear visible letters and numbers, I havent used the photos yet and probably will not , but I do find that the battery does not last very long and needs charging fairly often,daily.unlike previous phones , but that said I love the phone the ease of texting and the excellent visibility is what Ilike as I am 89 and others are too complicated for me now.

Good phone.
The phone is great in terms of functionality and is a good size. However, the insertion of the lanyard is very challenging. My elderly father would have had no chance of doing it.

Best Mobile Phone I've ever had
Ideal for my use. Only problem new phone no yellow button in middle. A very compact phone with easy to read buttons. A small note of caution for anyone running Ad blockers you may not be able to connect to YouTube. The patience and help given was excellent and greatly appreciated

Olitech Easy flip 2
We have the Easy Flip 2, and we are very happy with it. Great message alert, call alert, at least now I know when I have a call or message. It has a good ring, just turn the speaker up. I haven't used photos yet, so still to see. We are in our 60's and we just want a simple phone without social media stuff. Comfy in my bag, and not too heavy.
A very good easy to use phone
I found the phone to be very easy to set up and use, the support provided by Olitech was really good. The phone is a gift for my father in law. The phone has met his needs of a simple basic phone which is easy to operate.

Purchased as an upgrade from the EasyMate for my mother to get 4G ready and we're pleased with the phone. Has everything she needs to make it easy to use and what we need to keep us in touch with peace of mind.
The phone is easy to use and a great deal including the plan. Highly recommend Olitech phones and as a provider. I have been using them for several years now.
Great phone for my 90 year old Dad
I bought this phone for Dad and so far so good. I bought it because of being able to lock the volume buttons. He kept on pressing the volume buttons on his old Nokia flip and he could not hear us when on a call. Also like the photo contacts; makes it easy for him to call us with little fuss. My sister and I really appreciate the emergency button. If Dad remembers to press it, the phone will call me first and if I don't pick up it will call my sister. At least the emergency call works perfectly and that is good enough for our peace of mind. It is a good phone with a lot of features and the good thing is you can turn off what you don't need. the features are easy to learn but all in all a good phone

Very good for seniors
Very good basic phone with lockable ring & earpiece volumes, lockable torch, lanyard and photo being attached to numbers (great for someone with poor memory). Ear piece clarity very good and loud ring volume also helpful for someone hard of hearing.

Very easy phone for elderly
This is the 2nd Olitech Flip I have purchased for my Mother in Law. At 89yo there is zero technical ability whatsoever however she is able to make/receive calls and that is exactly all that is required. Reading numbers as she dials to a very handy.
The photo dial is very useful once I managed to convince her not to touch the photo but push the "Green" means Go button.
In short, very useful for the technologically inept.

Great for non-tech oldies
I bought the Flip2 for a 90 year old friend who has no tech skills and is rather deaf. He finds it easy to open as the 2 halves have a gap you can get your fingers into easily (his last phone was too sleek with a very close fit). I have it set on auto answer when he opens it and auto hangup when closed - with the volume set on max and speaker and the side volume buttons disabled (thereby getting around all the call problems he was having with his old mobile). ... Read moreas ringing several times a day and not getting an answer, then having to go and visit him to see if he was OK only to find he had accidently turned off the volume or the phone. The emergency call function is great too.
Purchased the phone for my 96-year old mother
My mother is 96 years old, the ease of using the phone and functions are awesome. Very handy that she can phone the person that correspond to their uploaded picture. Again it is outstanding and so easy to operate.

Hello. I bought this phone for my aunty. The service was amazing from your company thank you. The only problem is that my aunty can't work out how to turn up the volume and she said she can't hear it. Unfortunately I'm in QLD and she's in NSW so I. Can't help her. Do you have any advice?
