Still going strong – Had this since 2021 and no signs of slowing down. The camera on this thing is downright impressive. I'm no pro photographer, but the shots I've been getting are great. Battery life and performance for games and social media has been reliable. Coming from an android, it felt like iphones lack many features and simple functions but make up for it with it's ecosystem eg. Airdrop and airpod connectivity. Overall, really solid device. Purchased an iphone 13 with apple care. When talking on messenger or any other call all noise would cut out and conversations could not be maintained. Approached apple care who offered to send a replacement, and put a hold on my card. I recievd the replacement and then I sent the phone back, in a prepaid sachet with address already affixed. then recieved a invoice stating repairs had been completed. The hold was removed from my card. Apple then deducted $999 from my bank account and claimed they never recieved the original phone. I have been trying to dispute this with Apple and with my bank and withvassistance of the kind lady at the post office that remembered me posting the phone. Apple talk to me, then put me on hold, then conduct multiple transfers and then after extensive amounts of time on the phone they "book and appointment to call me back" at a predetermined time, AND NEVER CALL BACK. this has been going on for months. The real kicker- the replacement phone has the same glitch. In fact it won't even record voice messages with sound.
Prefer home button & Rounded edge feel – I’ve been an iPhone user since the first iPhone. I’ve DROPPED it twice on tiles with a very thin hard plastic cover on, the aluminum frame got a small mark, however glass OK with Hydro gel protection. Now gone to thicker protective cover.
What I don’t like, is not having a home button the transition is a difficult one. What I hate, iCloud can’t do big back ups without good Wi-Fi connection, which rules it out for me altogether as I only use a SIM.
TRANSITION TO NEW PHONE. A compliment to Apple giving icare free for the first week, unlimited support. I ended up having to ring 3 times. It was unfortunate that I was given bad advice on 2 occasions. Which ended up wasting several hours on the phone and having to pay for iCloud, which couldn’t be used in the first place without Wi Fi. The answer was simple transfer over old phone to new, direct “old phone to new phone” without iCloud.

very slow to capture and sometimes will crash when you are trying to take a photo. Overall this phone just doesn't cut it in 2025 its too slow on the latest OS and it is too expensive for what it is. It may be ok if you only need a phone for calls and texts but then just buy an iPhone SE or an iphone 11 or 12 as they are better value.

Rubbish iPhone13 – Worst phone I have ever had this is the last time I deal with apple phone it has to be turned of several times a week to reset it. screen won’t respond to touch a lot turn it off and on again. Iphone is fast and easy to use and takes good pics – It's so great I just love it! I am a google fan myself so instead of using Safari I downloaded the google browser and I use that. it's fast and sleek and I haven't actually broken it yet and I've had it now for a couple years.
