Phone was rubbish and had multiple faults. There were 5 screws missing from inside the Phone holding components in place and multiple after market inferior parts, including the screen. Don't buy Rebello. It's much better paying a little more and… Read more
buying new. The phones are refurbished for a reason, and it's because they were originally faulty. Battery was faulty. Don't buy Rebello.
Follow-up · Screen, speaker and charger port were after market. The battery life was about 60% and was begining to swell and distort the case and screen. The screen was cracked due to being dropped. When removed by a tech to replace it, he noted 5 screws missing from the speaker, charger port and battery. The moisture indicator strip was also missing, making… Read more

Love my iPhone 11 Pro – Love this iPhone so practical & easy to use. Setup was seamless just sat it next to my old iPhone & it did its thing. Size is perfect not to small not to large to carry around all day, slips into my pocket easy. It’s always with me and no I am not a young person but in my late 50’s. I use it daily as my camera, photo quality is brilliant, I… Read more
love the portrait & night modes. My husband has the iPhone 12, but the 11 pro is still my favourite I am disappointed I can’t buy the exact same phone new if I ever break this one, I would be devastated.
The camera is amazing – I just love the camera, I’ve been using it for my iPhone photography class, the added feature is very helpful especially taking photos at night or low light scenes the camera itself will adjust the lighting on its own. I Just have trouble sometimes with sending photos through airdrop sometimes, so I have to turn off my phone and turn on again and I’m still getting answers from apple support. Show details

Buyer beware! – Buyer be very aware! I would give it a zero rating if it was allowed. Very sceptical about all these 5 star ratings. Started in January with a purchase of an IPhone 11 Pro. All was well until March when the phone died. Returned phone under warranty (2yrs) thinking all would be fixed. Company claimed they hadn't received phone, despite tracking… Read more
number indicating delivery to their address. After multiple emails trying to ascertain progress I was accused of tampering with this phone, so the warranty was voided. More emails which they kept on about their 72point check. Had it gone through this process they would have detected any anomalies with the phone prior to selling it. In April they changed their mind and offered a replacement. I refused due deception and accusations labelled at myself. They refused to refund the full amount. It wasn't until a Letter of Complaint was instigated with the ACCC, that they acted quickly to offer a full refund. If you wish to deal with them I advise to keep a documented record, ie emails as proof.
Still Usable in 2023! – The iPhone 11 Pro 256GB is a high-end smartphone that was launched in September 2019, and I have been using it since day one. In 2023, it's been nearly four years since I bought the device, and I have to say that I am still impressed with its performance. Despite its age, the iPhone 11 Pro remains a top-notch device and continues to perform as… Read more
well as when I first got it.
One of the most impressive features of the iPhone 11 Pro is its battery life. Despite using it heavily over the past four years, the battery health is still at 91%, which is a testament to the quality of the battery and the software optimizations made by Apple. I can easily get through a full day of heavy usage without needing to charge, and even when I do need to top up, it charges quickly thanks to fast charging support.
The performance of the iPhone 11 Pro is still top-notch even in 2023. It runs on Apple's A13 Bionic chip, which was the fastest mobile processor available at the time of its launch. The A13 Bionic chip is still more than capable of handling even the most demanding tasks, from running complex games to editing photos and videos. The device also comes with 4GB of RAM, which allows for smooth multitasking and fast app launches.
One of the standout features of the iPhone 11 Pro is its camera system. It features a triple-camera setup, consisting of a 12MP wide-angle lens, a 12MP telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens. The camera system is still capable of capturing high-quality images and videos even in low light conditions. The portrait mode, which uses the telephoto lens to create a shallow depth of field and blur the background, remains one of the best in the market. Additionally, the front-facing camera is a 12MP shooter that's perfect for taking selfies and video calls.
The display on the iPhone 11 Pro is also worth mentioning. It features a 5.8-inch Super Retina XDR display, which produces crisp and vibrant colors. The display is protected by Corning's Gorilla Glass, which has held up well over the years and still looks as good as new. The display supports HDR content and has a resolution of 1125 x 2436 pixels, which makes it a great device for watching videos and browsing the web.
The software experience on the iPhone 11 Pro is also excellent. It runs on iOS, which is known for its intuitive user interface and ease of use. Apple has been providing software updates for the iPhone 11 Pro, ensuring that it remains secure and continues to receive new features. The latest version of iOS, iOS 14, runs smoothly on the device, and I have not encountered any lag or performance issues.
In terms of storage, the iPhone 11 Pro comes with 256GB of internal storage, which is more than enough for most people. This amount of storage provides ample space for photos, videos, music, and apps, and I have never felt the need to expand the storage with a cloud service or external hard drive.
Finally, the design and build quality of the iPhone 11 Pro are top-notch. It has a premium look and feel, thanks to its stainless steel frame and glass back. The device is available in four colors: space gray, silver, gold, and midnight green. The device has held up well over the years, and despite some scratches and dings, it still looks great.
In conclusion, the iPhone 11 Pro 256GB remains a fantastic device even in 2023. Its battery life, performance, camera system, display, software experience, storage, and design are all still top-notch, making it a great device.
Amazing leap in tech from my old iPhone 7 albeit with less memory capacity – The most amazing improvement between the iPhone 7 and 11 Pro is not the obvious more powerful CPU but to me, being on vacation, has been the difference in the enhanced photos and video I've been able to take. My partner has an iPhone X and even then, the difference in photography capability is crystal clear. Plenty of photos at the beach, of the… Read more
ocean and various lighting conditions highlighted the jump in superiority.
The finish is also of much higher quality and furthermore, the screen now extends to the very internal edge of the phone which is fantastic. Also to be admired is the display; full of clear and vibrant colours .
All Apps from my iCloud backup were easy to download and run smoothly without issue. Additionally, my connectivity to previous Bluetooth devices (namely headphones, earphones and other device peripherals) has remained simple.
The only criticism is that of the removal of the physical 'Home' button, which takes some getting used to principally for two reasons:
1. Due to privacy, I'd rather not use FaceID compared to unlocking from the lock screen via thumbprint but more practically, during a pandemic where face masks become the norm. This can be particularly frustrating when trying to use digital payments at the cashier to pay for shopping; and
2. Taking screenshots via a physical 'Home' button and power button simultaneously was easier, opposed to pressing two 'side' buttons. This also makes it harder to reset the iPhone 11 Pro.
The iPhone 11 Pro improvements however, definitely outweigh my criticisms of the 'home' button and would encourage anyone upgrading from an iPhone 7 or older to definitely consider the iPhone 11 Pro a worthy option. After all, maybe I'm the oldie also needing an upgrade to the realisation that gestures are the new norm' and physical/ mechanical 'home' buttons are just something else to go wrong and require maintenance ;)

Don’t purchase from phone bot – This company sent me 2 phones that didn’t work! The first didn’t even turn on the 2nd was so glitchy you couldn’t read the screen . Both times I sent them back and even though they say you have a 30 day no questions asked money back . They told me I had to wait for the auditing team to assess the phones to get my money back. I will never order… Read more
again from them . I gave them a second chance just because I know company’s can make mistakes and they sent me another phone that didn’t work . This was my daughters Christmas present the saga started from late November when I ordered and we still don’t have our refund in late Jan!
iphone – After paying off the telephone the phone they needed a battery which is about $150 then a screen change which is about another $160 so all in all by and hindsight would have opted for the 2015 with a trade and would not spend money on fixing an iPhone Show details

the the hand nicely and the screen is nice and large. It would be good to have a stronger glass face but maybe that is something for another update. I can see a time coming where I wont wont need to upgrade my iphone so regularly as the models being delivered to market now are so good. I know I want be able to resist though.
