Very hard to turn on – Be prepared to do the air fryer hokey pokey. Put basket in pull basket out put the basket in and shake it all about. Very hard to get it to turn on and stay on. Works great when it works, just a pitty it doesnt work very often. I gave up and threw it out after a month. Recommend keeping the receipt. Show details

Save time. Buy better quality and do landfill a favour – Caused major electrical fault. Not good. Bought and had it sitting unused in box for 8 months while kitchen cabinets were upgraded. Then, in middle of night, the unit had a dead short which tripped both the power breaker and earth leakage breaker - this killed power to all circuits in kitchen including kitchen fridge and freezer. Fault was eventually isolated to this aldi unit after a few hours. Interestingly, I also had an Aldi stick mixer smoke itself last week as well. Very limited use. Sadly this isnt my first rodeo with Aldi kitchen appliances. Ive had enough. Just say no to Aldi appliances in my experience. Do our landfill a favour because thats where they end up pretty quickly....

Great airfryer! Good looking, sleek. Great price for something Made in Italy! – Good looking and sleek. Easy controls. Easy to clean. Quick. The only negative is that while there are 2 levels, you can't quite get an even result, thus almost restricting the use to just 1 tray. Show details
Love it. So convenient – Aldi airfryer/oven has 3 racks where you can airfry a large number of food. The trays are adjustable and you can see your food being cooked. It also has a light for better visibility. It has 10 different programs. You can use it as an oven, dehydrator and rotisserie. Its got 360° hot air for healthier cooking. Its now a permanent feature on my kitchen counter.

My SMEG oven broke and I haven’t bothered to fix it! – Bought it to try and then upgrade if I liked using an air fryer. 3 years later and I use it everyday for everything. Even hosting 100 people it was really useful when my conventional oven broke down. For $100 I am happy to tweak the cooking times and put up with a bit of noise. May buy another as back up in case this one eventually fails. Show details
Awesome product – I wasn't sure if I was going to end up with another useless item stuck in the back of the cupboard but 6 months on and I have no regret in buying it. Still a bit of trial and error but well worth the money. Things I dislike is the power cord cannot be detached and it's quite bulky. Show details
Brilliant oven! For Baking, pizza, roasts and camping – Bought this as a camp oven, but since my wall oven blew up 3 weeks ago, I have been using this as an oven to cook for 4 people. Great for baking (cookies, brownies, lemon merangue pie etc etc). Also have done a lot of dinners in this including roasts, pasta bakes chicken pieces. small Only down side is the different functions dont tell you which are using top and/or bottom elements. Right now I am dehydrating grapes (not quite using the dehydrate function as that was too slow and low) Takes about 4 hours on 100C

Brownies were ruined! Tried to use again the next day thinking it may have been a power trip and the unit powered up but then started flashing and beeping after about 10 mins cook time. So disappointed will throw it out before risking any more spoilage. Unit was near new and hardly used when it was gifted to us but could not recommend as thoroughly unreliable
Not perfect – We found it was far too hot around the exterior. Even though we had on a large piece of wood, the radiant heat went about 10 inches each way. Not as quiet as the square silver model. Show details

Controls are a nightmare – I bought this to replace 3 appliances, air fryer griller and dehydrater. It has 12 functions, but omg, trying to change the cooking time drives me batty. The touch pad works 1 time in 7. Gah! Very annoying Show details

day. Still dead as a dodo. Would not buy these products from Aldi again - they never last and are of poor quality. That's why I ALWAYS now scan and keep my purchase receipts for these type of products. Unit lasted just over 2 years. Suppose I can't complain for $99 really.
is a terrible oven – I have found that the oven is next to useless as it seems not hold in the heat. Consequently, it takes hourse to perform even the simplest of tasks like baking and making buscuits. What you save on the purchase price is rapidly consumed by additional electricity costs. Looks nice and you can make nice things with it.
Good product with a good price – Been using this product for more than 2 months now (almost everday) and haven't had problems since (except for the metallic sticker that fell from its handle the first time we used it, not a big deal). available everytime I cook and it really saves time, energy, and cooking oil. I saw some reviews saying the metal tray was deteriorating but ours just looked stained and marked with brown spots where liquids drip and dry and it's hard to clean but we just cover that surface with foil every use now. So far, I can say it's a good product with a good price.
Disappointed with the bottom removable tray and the metal deterioration of the door – Our Stirling Air fryer oven, was our first purchase of a ‘modern’ appliance. Mainly due to the fact that, mostly, there is only 2 of us at home these days, was purchased from Aldi 24/3/2021. We use it frequently as it has 12 options for the type of cooking needed. Impossible to clean – Fast cooking and is easy to operate but unfortunately everything sticks to the trays and cleaning is a horror similar to cleaning my gas oven except I don’t have to bend over. Show details

We no longer use our Emilia stove oven – We purchased our Ambiano 25 L Air Fryers on 18th December 2019 and after a hesitant start, we began using it in earnest by January 2020, and have never looked back. can't handle. and handle with aplomb. Everything from family roasts, to scones are cooked to perfection. I note on another review of internal lamp failure, but ours still works, as does every other facet of this trully excellent unit.

Very short Product life.. Less than 16 months.. Loud limited function..lite use – Question to Aldi.. Warning & Review to buyers... Ambiano 23L Air fryer died only 1year 4 months old.. Only lite use 2-3 times a week max. (Have found Ambiano products do not last or perform as expected as a whole). Product is LOUD.. no fan off option & no element control for top/bottom. Incredibly disappointed With attitude of Warranty service.. can not say anything nice from the ALDI store manager either.. cost $149. Despite being told at the store I would be refunded up to 3years by one manager who was told the age of product, the older manager refused when returned 1 hour later.. Australian warranty guarantee states that products are still under consumer protection laws if product life does not last within a reasonable life cycle even if warranty has expired... Do Not buy if you expect this product to last 2+years or you don't want to contribute to landfill every year... Very very disappointed & will take this further with ALDI and Aust consumer Law. I do expect ALDI team to respond..
Very useful – This product is really good. I rarely use my big oven now. I cook cakes, dinners and grill a lot of food in it. I definitely recommend it to anyone. Show details
Short circuit – Product had electrical fault five days after I bought it. Only use twice for about 15 minutes each time. While on stand by there was a loud bang, smoke and burnt smell. This happened 24 hours after last use. Safety switch from power board cut power. Show details
Great but has flaws – Great to begin with. Oven does get Hot outside of unit. We got 12months out of it before it would blow the power. Had avg use if that. Found that the door didn't really Seal properly. Couldn't take back as we were just out of warranty Show details
Doesn't work properly – I have only used about 6 times in 10 months because everything I have tried (following the directions of the manual that came with it) has been unsuccessful. I have tried chicken drumsticks using the recipe in the manual, frozen chips, pizza and atlantic salmon. Even doing the food twice using the pre-set settings it was not cooked properly. I have spoken to a manager at Aldi and because it is still under warranty they will take it back. Show details

Tried to kill it but its still going – Been using this oven full on for a month now cooking a variety of foods and not disappointed once , the timings need a bit of care depending on how much you are cooking but they are pretty close, ideal for two people . Great size and functions – Packs a punch on meat, veggies and desserts. Lots of variable functions and a great instruction manual to assist with choice. Unit gets very hot, as expected, but forgot I had re-oriented it on one occasion and burnt my polyurethane cupboard.
