This is a great product allowing you to cook two items at seperate temperatures or a large item at once. This is ideal for parties or functions where you have to prepare food in a short time and cooked to perfection. Show details

Good product while it lasts but good luck finding any replacement parts after a couple of years when you just need new baskets. They are not sold anywhere and you’ll end up throwing away the whole machine because eventually without doubt, you will need to replace parts if you are using your air fryer regularly. So if you are looking for a good… Read more

product with good service to use long term, stay away from Ninja and look for a known brand with good after sales support.

Ninja Foodi air fryer, the best in the market today – The best air fryer, produces perfectly cooked meals. I have been using this to cook all my steaks, fish, sausages, vegetables and virtually everything in between. I bought it at Costco Marsden Park at reduced price of $199.99 and have not regretted it at all. Value for money. The product is very slick and well designed. It’s like adding another accessory in my kitchen! Show details

Great - but very different to the large single basket fryers – I purchased my Ninja nearly new, second hand just under a year ago to use in my shack but have found it more useful at home as a second (and third) air-fryer. Note: I Already had a Philips XXL fryer from before 2021 and am a complete air fryer convert! If I had to pick between this and the Philips XXL I would go for the Philips as it has more… Read more

room (can cook a whole chicken), can do much lower temperatures and is marginally easier to use, however new it is nearly double the price of the Ninja! This would definitely be my second choice.

What I like ------------ * Maintenance - None so far. Despite regular dishwashing of the whole drawers/pans and Ajaxing of the machine, it appears to be aging well. So far NO deterioration of the non-stick coating on either of the pan drawers! * Cleaning pan drawers: The trays can be placed whole into the dishwasher! (Great for cleaning) * Cleaning machine: I tend to spray it with Ajax. The inside is really easy to clean (unlike the Philips XXL which is near impossible to clean). * Double drawer: Two independent fryers that can be linked to end at same time or not at all. * Price: Much less expensive than many other air fryers. * Easy to use: I have never needed to look at the manual. * Appearance: It looks pretty cool * Function: Makes great food. (Air fried Asparagus is my favourite) * Modes: It has multiple modes for different purposes * Preheating: Doesn't require preheating as far as I can tell. * Speed: Cooking in an air fryer is soooo much quicker than the oven for the same or better results! * Internal clearance: It has good height and reasonably clearance on the element.

What I don't like ------------------ * Timing: There are relatively low limits on how long this will let you operate for without restarting! * Space: Space can be a big problem. As there are two drawers they are slightly wider than 1/2 the width of the Philips XXl * Loose bits: The inserts in the bottom are not secure and therefore fall out when you tip the tray upside down to empty the food onto your plate. * Restricted features in different modes: I don't like that I can't run the Air Fryer mode at less than 100C when I know that other modes can be run as low as 40! * Function clarity: While it has numerous modes Eg Max Crisp, Air Fry, Bake, Roast, Dehydrate, reheat - While I can speculate how each of these modes works, I haven't been able to find out what the machine does differently to plain Air Fry so I don't really use them. (Though I concede I am probably alone on this gripe!)

This is next level cooking – I resisted for years in buying an airfryer. I’d heard so many people raving about them. I thought it would a gadget that would die out. I finally bit the bullet & WOW, it’s incredible. The first thing I cooked was a whole chicken. The fluid that came out made me think it was going to be so dry, but no, it was the most delicious moist chicken I’ve… Read more

ever tasted. The second test was pork belly, it was a complete game changer, it was incredible & the crackling was perfect. The bonus to this airfryer was cleaning up, I literally only have to wash the baskets in soapy water, and done. No more wiping down a cooker & overheating in the kitchen, I love, love, love, it

Air frying at it’s best – The Ninja Foodi Dual Zone AF300 is great as it has two compartments, so you can cook twice the amount or you can cook chips on one side and chicken on the other side. There are many functions to choose from such as reheat, bake and even max crisp. Cleaning of the Ninja is very easy, you can use a napkin and wipe down for small clean ups or some soapy water and the pull out compartments are clean. Show details

Best value Air Fryer on the market - Cooks brilliantly and inside trays stay clean! – We have had several air fryers in the past and the insides of the trays turn black within 3-6 months, no matter how careful we have been in washing them according to instructions and this is extremely disappointing. After googling for several days, I came across the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer AF300 which states "first air fryer with 2… Read more

independent 3.8L baskets that let you cook 2 foods, 2 ways, at the same time, not back-to-back like a traditional single-basket air fryer" There are almost 5000 reviews on this product, mostly 5-star.

After being impressed with these features and looking at reviews, we made the plunge and purchased this fryer. We have cooked all sorts of foods in this machine from raw vegetables (making chips), to frozen products and use it every day, several times a day. It has a huge 7.6L capacity with 6 cooking functions - Air Fry, Air Broil, Roast, Bake, Reheat, and Dehydrate.

This fryer is so versatile with its 2 separate compartments and you can cook and separate different foods and "match" them to finish cooking at the same time if items in one compartment take longer the the other compartment. Absolutely brilliant and we all love this feature so much and so time saving in having to do things differently before air fryers existed, or with our other previous air fryers we had. Otherwise you can simply cook using just the one compartment for brilliant results also.

One bug bear has always been that fryers (as well as pizza trays) go black eventually. A $7 pizza tray after a year is acceptable- just throw it out and buy another one, but when it comes to all our previous air fryers, the supposed non-stick trays going black after just 3-6 months is disgusting and is a common problem with all other air fryers, even expensive one that we have had, BUT- 13 months on and used several times a day, our Ninja fryer is as clean as the day we purchased it! How can you better that?

A warning though- a lot of people mentioned there is a nasty chemical smell when first used and we found this also, but if you google how to get rid of chemical smell in air fryers, and follow the steps as we did and "sanitised" about 4 or 5 times, then its been faultless ever since.

This has to be the best cooking appliance we have in the house for every day use.

Your oven and microwave are redundant – This is the perfect little oven, I mean, "airfryer". I've owned a Ninja Bullet set for going on 14 years, and it's still amazing today, so when I found out they made an Airfryer, I didn't hesitate in buying it. The choice over the single and the dual zone was simply a matter of flexibility; I liked the idea that I could cook two different items… Read more

at two different temps/methods and know that the unit would syncronise the cook time so they finish together! Such a wonderful little appliance.

I've now owned this since July 2021, and it is still my favourite item in the kitchen, closely followed by my coffee machine.

Firstly, yes, you can simply use this for cooking frozen deep fried stuff, like fries, hashbrowns, crumbed fish/chicken. But it's much more than that. MUCH MORE! And it comes with a cookbook telling you just how much more you can cook with it. It's incredible.

I use my Ninja for: - Defrosting and reheating bread bringing it back to it's 'freshly-baked' best. - Roasting chicken (small whole or half chooks), lamb (loins and racks), rolled beef, pork belly, and vegetables. - "Grilling" (via Airfry) steaks! Beef to medium rare, salmon/fish, lamb steaks! (Temp probe needed) And sausages. - Reheating leftovers. - And of course, all the typical deep fried stuff, like fries, hashbrowns, crumbed fish/chicken.

No pre-heating needed, it cooks 25% faster than a conventional oven, and it's compact size means less hassle cleaning. This all equals more time spent with my family.

It's only limitation is it's size. So large roasts, i.e. big chickens, turkey, lamb legs, large pork belly rolls all still need to be cooked in the oven, but these are special occasion meals, so the limitation is only limited to those times of the year. The rest of the time, I cook using my Ninja Dual Zone Airfryer. If it were twice the size, I would absolutely decommission my conventional oven and build this in it's place.

I only use my microwave for heating water, heat packs, popcorn, and instant noodles now. So my oven and microwave remain largely unused!

I do recommend checking your wall behind it on a montly basis, as heat vents out of the 360' top and that means steam/smoke (albeit completely invisible) does build up on the wall behind it.

I absolutely love it and could not recommend it enough! Quite literally the best applicance you'll buy.

Ninja Foodi dual zone and sync, once you've had it, you can't go back! – I have the a Ninja air fryer and had sung it's praises to my Mum, we went to Harvey Norman to purchase one for her. There is a huge array of brands and models in store and eventually focused on the Ninja Dual Zone AF300 because of the 2 compartments. That night we cooked our meal in the Ninja, spiced wedges in one compartment and salmon fillets in… Read more

the 2nd compartment. The thing I/we loved about this is that you can 'sync' both sides to cook and finish at the same time, WOW ! The wedges were cooked in air fry mode at 200 for 30 minutes on one side and the salmon was on air fry mode at 200 for 10 minutes on the other side and finished at the same time, GAME CHANGER !! The fish was cooked to perfection ( med rare) and the wedges golden and tender. Mum was very impressed (she is 81) and she said the instructions and controls were easy to use and understand. Washing up is a breeze as the non-stick compartments are easy to wipe out and the base was easy to wash up in hot soapy water. I loved this model so much that I am now going to purchase one for our home and the other Ninja can now go into the caravan, happy days !

This not only saves time, but the moisture retain in the food is amazing! – For instance, a whole chicken, obviously not too big, will cook in under an hour easily, and whats more it tastes succulent and juicy! Highly recommend :-) Show details

I love this air fryer!! – I couldn't be happier with the choice of going with the ninja vs Philips, as much as I love their products. Ninja has upped their game over the last 15 years since the infomercials and it's great to see a success story come from cringey tv ads. The dual baskets make life so much easier cooking chips and a piece of meat at the same time without flavour blending.. love it so much, one of the best buys I've made... Show details

Why all the HYPE – Purchased one of these and although it might make cooking quicker it boasts it can feed a family of 8!! 8 cats maybe but certainly not a human family!! You would need to cook in 4 stages and my oven can cook for us all no problem plus the oven trays stay clean with tinfoil whereas you need to clean the air fryer drawers after each use, even silicon liners need cleaned. Would never buy again. OK I suppose for 2 people Show details

THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING A NINLA AIRFRYER – NO SPARES PARTS ARE EVER AVAILABLE! Please think twice before buying a Ninja Airfryer as you are never able to buy any spare parts, such as crisper plates or drawers etc. All the parts are constantly out of stock with no dates for any more. This lack of available spare parts is clearly to make sure you have to buy a completely new airfryer instead… Read more

of just the part you need. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES Do yourselves a favour and choose a different make of airfryer, as Shark Ninja do not care. I am having to post this on other websites as Ninja will only allow favourable reviews on their website.

Great, but Remove the Speaker!! – Very easy to use and to clean. It has proved to be most useful and we are extremely pleased with the results. Unfortunately it emits an awful beeping noise which will drive you crazy. However do not despair, there is a helpful u-tube video on how to remove the speaker. My wife did so at my behest, and all is now well! Show details

Great for a couple thru to a family – The dual function is great as it allows you to set and forget and both zones can finish at the same time. This machine looks lovely and is easy to clean The only issue I have had when using the silicone inserts (purchased specifically for this machine) is the items at the bottom do not crisp up as much as the middle and top items. However with a quick shake and placement change all ends up fine. Show details

Use it every day! – Having bought this to replace another top brand air fryer I was really pleased with the Ninja. It's a really versatile machine. If you want chicken pieces or crumbed fish to accompany, not a problem for the Ninja. Having the twin drawers you are able to cook two items at different temperatures or program both to be ready at the same time if they have different cooking times. I found it easy to learn the different settings with clear instructions on the machine and in the booklet provided. It is a really healthy option with much less fat required for your cooking. Lastly, but importantly, the Ninja is incredibly easy to clean. Way easier than my previous air fryer, and for me that clinched the deal. Thoroughly recommend it.

Great versatile air-fryer, cooker and roaster all in one – Works really well with battered Hoki, baked potatoes, Hash browns, French Fries. We do the baked potatoes in the microwave for 7 minutes first, then pour olive oil over each, and coat with sea salt from a grinder. The air-fry setting cooks and browns them great in 20 minutes at the default 200C, but you may find 180 is good if you want them less… Read more

well done. I had an issue with the first one I had (Drawer Shut indicator not going off, due to a failing drawer interlock micro-switch), but Good Guys replaced it straight away with another new one, not fuss or bother). Hopefully just a "one-off" early life failure, but maybe the manufacturer might look at any failure trends (batches, switch manufacturer changes etc).

A must have air fryer! – The dual air fryer is a real game changer - you can use just one side or both sides, and you can sync them. The best part about the dual air fryer is you can cook 2 different foods, at the same time with the one appliance. Quite often, we would just air fry the chips and then turn on the oven and cook the fish, but with this air fryer - it cooks… Read more

both for us, seperately. You can also pick your own temperate, so if you're cooking hot chips - you can cook how hot you want the fryer to be, and how long you want to cook them before. We've had a previous air fryer where we would select chips to cook, and that was it - sometimes they would overcook because 20 minutes can be too long for 2 handfulls of chips - this Ninja Foodi lets you adjust the temp and time, seriously amazing!

It is really easy to clean too - you can put the baskets in the dishwasher or you can just hand wash them in soapy water.

I did read a lot of reviews before buying this and I saw someone said the first time they used it, they had a "burnt" plastic smell - I would suggest maybe they didn't clean it first? It isn't hard to clean, it's so easy, so it's definitely worthwhile giving it a nice clean before the first use (I'm pretty sure the instruction manual says to do this anyway)

In our air fryer, we like to cook hot chips, fish, chicken nuggets/chips/popcorn chicken.

Not impressed, a disappointing device – Not worth it at all, I would seriously recommend not using this indoors to begin. Actually brought an aldi air fryer for half the price of this one a few days before this Ninja arrived in the post and it is outstanding by comparison. this Ninja is comparably very slow and tends to start burning the food before cooking through properly even where food is cubed to the recommended 2.5cm. Due to the size of this unit and the disappointing performance I think we may just throw it out in the bin. Costco would not accept this review for some unknown reason so here it is.. :-)
