Who designed this crap? – First of all the instructions on the outside of the box differ to that in the manual contained within. The plastic vegetable grip does not grip sturdy vegies like carrots. Vegies need to be cut no bigger than the depth of the chute but half of that remains unspiralised. Such a waste of time, effort and money! Very disappointing! Show details
The worst spiralizer in existence – I tried this kitchen accessory only to find frustration. The vegetables don’t spin properly, the food holder is weak and does not hold the units of food properly. Furthermore, they recommend to cut the food the height of the chute which negates the spiralized effect - not that you get that anyway as the vegetables simply don’t spiralize. The food holder spikes need to be stainless steel its not strong enough to do the job – It does not deliver - the spikes on the food holder snapped off after trying to spiral a carrot - the fruit or vegetable gets stuck after a few minutes so you have to stop and clear before you can start again - the motor is good and the concept good but its not strong enough Show details
Not Fit For Purpose – The small prongs which are intended to grip the vegetable being 'spiralised' simply shredded the vegetable, and the only thing that came out the bottom was juice. Seeking full refund.
