Lid doesn't fit – Lid of steamer container is much smaller than opening of container itself so is completely unable to be attached and this would have been apparent at whatever slave factory they are "produced" in. Steam pours out of container around edges of completely decorative lid, making burned fingers is not an issue, just actually doing what it says on the box is too difficult. Bun toasting / warming poles produce less heat than the battery of whatever handheld device you are reading this on so just hold cold buns to back of your phone for a bit to achieve similar effect.
