ALDI Ambiano Samosa Maker

Neil - A bit fiddly, but well worth the effort – Bought 6 of these when launched last year by Aldi. One for me and 5 for Christmas/birthday presents. Only got to use mine for the first time on Sunday 17th Jan. 21. Absolutely nothing wrong with the appliance and the only negative, is that you can't buy pastry sheets big enough to cover the hot plate, so some Samosas leaked, post cooking. I used puff pastry, but will try spring roll pastry next time, which would make separating/breaking the cooked sheet of Samosas in to individual Samosas easier. With puff pastry, I had to use scissors to cut out the Samosa pieces. Nice and easy to clean though and I look forward to using it again soon. 500g of best beef mince plus other ingredients, made 48 Samosas. Definitely recommend this product.
