Biggest rubbish I have bought in a long rime – TV and TV are not the same! Wonder why Bhaun is so cheap ? It starts with the wifi connection which is terrible. Spare room TV which we use rarely.
I would recommend to purchase LG over this cheap TV which give you more trouble then service.
Call for warnty but they can't support due to out of warnty.

corners were cut. Some points to consider: 1. It's not a smart TV - no wifi, no TV OS, no apps. You'll need a Chromecast or similar to make it smart
2. Picture control menu is very very limited - you cannot really control the colours or fine-tune the display. Results are poor and even after a lot of effort, the colours are not good. If you play some 4K HDR content that is used for demo purposes, it might look awesome, but then try playing a 4K HDR content (real content, not store demo content) from Netflix, and you'll see the problem straight away.
3. To get colour or general display quality to an acceptable level, you'll have to crank up the brightness which then makes the blacks look really bad. Increasing the contrast reveals other issues in the image.
4. It's not clear which HDR format is used on the TV. I believe it's the open-source HDR10. One way to verify it is that Netflix's content is mainly filmed using DolbyVision (An HDR format, competing with HDR10/HDR10+). So this TV, while can display HDR, it cannot play all HDR content. Since YouTube supports HDR10, you may find some HDR content display nicely and some not (probably DolbyVision content)
5. It's 60Hz but you can really tell the difference in motion when viewing a true 100Hz or 120Hz TV's and if you care about an overall experience, I recommend 100Hz at least. I thought I would be OK with 60Hz, but I was wrong and I believe that a true 100Hz TV will provide a better viewing experience.
Lastly, the main issues this TV has, and I'm not sure if it's all this batch or just mine, the TV back panel displays white vertical bands on the left side of the screen. This can be seen when displaying bright or dark content. (see images)
The second issue, on dark scenes there is a lot of backlight leaking from the corners.
I'm going to return this TV. I would not recommend this TV unless this is a 2nd TV for some kids/guests playroom (if you have that space) or don't care much about image quality and just want the big size.

Chrome cast – To the person who said chrome cast can’t be used, mine works perfectly well with chrome cast . It’s been connected from the day I plugged the tv in. I have three apps that I use and have Netflix and you tube. Never had a problem with it. Show details

Horrible after sale support – Bought this televsion for $1,200 when it first came out. Horrible user interface. Asked for a new firmware update that would make it much better to use with a bugger variety of apps to use but was advised thats not possible there arent any updates being made available anymore. even a kogan I have all of these in house and at holiday home the bauhn is the worst performer am think of taking back to Aldi and just leaving in front of shop as a show piece of what not to buy I can do a day a week at every shop and get tv stations to broadcast it as a warning of buyer beware saying

TV turns off continuously. Says cannot find network and stops mid show multiple times. Really bad – Turns off mid way through show. Says cannot find reception. All other devices in the house have no issue plating so it's not a connection issue. TV is faulty. Also cannot down load and new apps onto it.
Great..... until it is not – Bought jan 2020 for $379 - so excellent value for money at the time, with the reasoning being, when it goes wrong just buy another one. Has enough Ports, sound was actually good, and worked well with Xbox. Lasted 18 months – Only lasted 18 months. Never moved tv and was handled with care. Was good while it operated. The electronic components are selected and paired in tvs these days to a price point. In this day and age business ethics say a $580 tv will last for X amount of time. I will buy a tv with a longer waranty next as it will be less scrap in land fill over time and better for the environment etc. Thanks, Greg. Show details

Do not buy – Worst TV I've ever had. Unresponsive, glitchy. Have to turn it off and on at the wall before every use. The sound bar is equally as bad. Both are not worth the money.

Firmware Issues Bauhn TV model ATV65UHDG-062 – Purchased the Bauhn TV model ATV65UHDG-062 in July last year and found ongoing issues with the TV. Most recently there was a firmware update for the TV and now it won’t turn on from the update. a technician to come out to repair it. Customer service staff seem stressed as I believe this firmware update has impacted all this model of TV and I was told a lot of customers have the same issue. Avoid downloading the firmware update and get your money back it seems to be a regular issue with this TV. And if you are out of warranty it’s at your own cost! They seem to be having major issues with the firmware update. These TVs should be recalled by Aldi immediately!
This is a perfectly good TV at a low price – We were concerned that given the many poor reviews, this would be a dog of a product. And Choice does not rate it highly. Sony and a bit light in the bass. But, OK. The remote is also fine. Cannot duplicate some of the comments made by others. As for warranty, everybody should be aware that under Australia consumer laws, all products must be fit for purpose. Even out of the manufacturers "warranty".

Do not buy!!!!!!!! Faultily – Had a repair tech out twice to fix couldn't get it working escalated to a refund you need to box the tv for pick up and you get a refund once they confirm pick up ,, so had the tv working for 4 months not working for 3 months. impressed with this 75” tv I’m checking every week for when they are released again to buy one for our lounge to update our excellent 55in LG FOR ME picture us greAt, smart features fantastic and tv works well.
I have a fleet of 50-65 in Bauhn TVs for our business and around the home and I have had no more problems with them than other name brands, People complain about the sound but TVs today are all the same Great picture, poor audio, no matter what brand so I don’t expect good sound but I do expect good picture and so these Bauhn TVs match up to my expectation and beyond for the price.
