I have the Aldi chest freezer purchased about 4 months ago, would like to purchase two top trays cause it only came with one, can you tell please tell me where I can buy these to sit on top.

Hi Romilda, If you could please provide the model number of the unit, we can look into this for you. It is usually alpha-numeric (numbers and letters). It should be on the back or bottom of the unit, as well as on the front cover of the instruction manual.

What is the ideal temperature this freezer to run at?

Hi Leisa, Residentia Group partners with Aldi to supply some of the Stirling products, one of them being this particular model- SCF99W. Is your question around the ideal temperature for the environment to operate within, or do you mean the ideal temperature internally? If you mean environment, the cooler the environment it's within, the less the freezer has to work to keep your goods cool. Ideally within the 19-24*C range.

If your question relates to the ideal internal temperature, this really depends on the type of food you are trying to freeze and their ideal recommendations around temperature. At it's coldest setting, this freezer will hold your food at -24*C.
