I Bought Aldi Ferrex Cordless 2in1 Pole Pruner Hedger, noticed an arrow and small diagram on the Saw Guide Bar, when I tested the rotation of Saw was against the arrow on The Guide Bar. Have I done anything wrong?

I have a pole without the chain on it and was not sure if worth anything to anyone or what value it has please.
In my opinion,it is not worth anything,I threw out mine,but I found the unused Chain for it

The chain falls off as soon as we use it. Any ideas on what we are doing wrong
It's a chainsaw like any other, and the same rules apply. A new chain stretches (and slackens) during use. You need to check chain tension before every use, and at first, before every cut. Find out how the tension adjuster works. Tension is about right when you can pinch the chain in the middle of the bar and just pull it up out of the groove. These things can hurt you. If you haven't read the instructions - and warnings - in the manual, NOW would be a good time!
Just bought and used one myself, no this is a serious fault, you need to tighten it after every branch, this ISNT NORMAL AT ALL! But Ill still keep it since I bought it 20% off price and extends further than the 40V version

No,It is a Ferrex Brand If I was you,I would not Touch Any of Ferrex Equipment They are CHEAP CHEAP China Junk & made to a Price
The store at Reynella has them now, Roland, and they are a great product. I broke mine last week by not aligning the chainsaw attachment properly, totally my fault for forcing it. I was gutted as the chainsaw and hedge trimmer have been really handy and very reliable. I'm glad that I can buy a replacement tomorrow.

Next week Aldi will bring this product that I really need it. Should I buy the battery and charger as well? So it cost me about $140 . Is it good price compare to quality or perches from Bunnings?
the large gear wheel with the nylon insert is broken. the nylon insert does not activate the trimmer blades. the motor is okay.

Hi Davo ALDI stopped technical support and spare parts for this Gardenline 20V cordless 2 in - model. I have the trimmer which I don’t use as I have no hedges to trim. But I am looking for the pole pruner component to replace my pole pruner which busted.

Thanks for such a prompt reply Francis. I would willingly swap over components but unfortunately I use the pole pruner as much as I use the hedger.
