So upset this didn’t work like I thought it would. I love Aldi’s products and this was not it. Used it once, and the cap won’t come off. Also hard to use by pushing the button up. I feel this is a fire hazard.

Is it possible to purchase one of the attachments? I've lost the attachment that the cloth and the glass cleaner go on. No complaints with operation; have used it a number of times

So I threw mine out, I almost got electrocuted. Had water pouring out of the wiring. Be careful

The lid of the steamer is not opening. Its not hot and we have tried running it under hot water. It is not jammed as there’s play in the lid

Are you pushing the lid downwards as you turn? If you have tried this and it is still not opening, I would recommend contacting our after sales support centre on 1300 112 534 (Monday to Saturday 8:30am – 6pm).

Is the power left on during operation or switched off

I have just tested this product after not having owned a steam cleaner before. I successfully used and refilled, but now cannot remove the safety cap. Is there a technique/trick?!

This is a safety feature. The cap won't come off while the steamer is hot. You need to let it cool down or just hold the button down to let all the remaining steam out. Once the pressure is gone you can remove the cap.
