Had no trouble - except we installed it and caused a problem – Installed October 2019. Has been working fine. It stopped emptying July 2021. The most frustrating part was there are no phone numbers on the warranty card. Here is the Stirling number: 1300886649. It is a call centre overseas but they were ok. This took me 3 emails to Stirling and an angry one to ALDI to obtain! Then it took 2 days and the… Read more ·  1

repairer still had not called so i called Stirling again and they gave me the repairer's number and a job number for warranty. I had to call twice but finally they came out within 3 days. Turned out we installed it and didn't drill out the pipe quite enough and food got stuck. Repairer showed us, fixed and cost was reasonable. However, that all took over a week. If the repairer had a wait time of longer it would have taken much longer. ALDI and Stirling should not be able to issue 3 year warranties without a phone number. I even called ALDI - only to get a recorded message saying email us. This is not fair. As much as the dishwashers are fine, this not providing a phone number and the delays it causes, means I will not buy large electricals from ALDI again. The repairer was quick once i actually spoke to them.

Rip Off – Usually happy with Aldi products, so brought the Stirling dishwasher. Dishes are rinsed prior to placing in the dishwasher & every single time it is used ( heavy duty cycle) they dishes are filthy & have to hand wash them all again. Gave up using it. Biggest waste of money ever. Show details

Stirling Aldi dishwasher is so easy to use – Stirling Aldi dish washer is so easy to use and I simply can not do with out. All my dishes come out not only clean but dry too. The Dish washer Looks great and has lots of features with buttons from soak to intensive wash. Dish washer is very quite too.  Show details

Previous sterling dishwasher was better – The washer doesn't get all the food off the plates, the rollers sometimes jam.The previous Aldi dishwasher we purchased did a better job,but it broke down just after the warranty ran out. this machine has had some problems, but it was repaired under warranty after two visit's by the aldi service representative.  Show details

Terrible – This has been a nightmare from beginning to end. We have ours repaired once and now the second time has taken six months to get anyone to do anything even though it is in warranty. The repair guy said it has three issues and not worth fixing. Even when it was working it doesn't clean properly, is loud and everything is dripping wet when it finishes. Don't buy!!!!!  Show details

Cheap but not good value – We've had this dishwasher installed now for around 6 months but we just removed it yesterday. It's loud and doesn't do a particularly good job with washing the dishes. The door is also very flimsy compared to other units. Whilst the price is competitive, I wouldn't recommend this machine to friends- similar priced options or higher quality at The Good Guys or Masters.  Show details
