fitted when he came to quote but did not follow the same colours. WHY?????? Beige vertical with a CREAM coloured tracks. Tried to say beige (paperbark) does not exist anymore. He totally scammed me. All he had to do was replace the slats but because he was too lazy (HE GOT THE FACTORY TO DO IT INTO THE CREAM COLOURED TRACKS WHILE MY PERFECTLY FINE PAPERBARK TRACKS WENT TO LANDFILL). Fitting should have had more metal supports instead he has used brass screws with silver colour metal fittings. Lousy service. Installed the blinds and was supposed to put up pelmets with the matching slats as pelmet facing. He installed the blinds and attempted one pelmet. The slat sagged and so he said "oh I don't like that let me look into it". It is a month later and the man from "All Blind Solutions" has not resolved the problem he has created. Ironic "40 years in the business" should readily know of a solution to this problem. Don't pay him until you are happy with the job and when the job is COMPLETED!!!!!!!!!!! How did I misjudge this man. I get angry looking at the job he has done. He ripped me off. $6000. Had he explained that Paperbark was not manufactured anymore I would have just purchases new slats. Because he wanted to maximise his quote he did not tell me. I wish I had have gone with an established business company with a reputable name where you have some comeback when the work has not been done and you could have someone other than the person you resent come into your property to resolve any issues. IT'S CALLED FULL DISCLOSURE YOU THIEF.

I wouldn't use another shutter company if I ever needed more shutters, and I recommend him to people I know. I recently found a blade broken on one of the shutters and with just a phone call it was repaired.
