Unprofessional – This company took $1000 deposit Didn’t do the job Not answering phones and till todate they still haven’t returned my money
Don’t trust this company – We had our roof painted. They didn’t clean the roof properly first, and painted over some dirt. This made the paint job very flakey and terrible. We tried to get the painter to come back and fix it, but they blocked all our correspondence. I had to go through the ACT Magistrate court. We won the court case and got a full refund.
Still chasing my deposit – I organised this company to clean and paint my roof. I paid my $1000 deposit and they Started cleaning, then it started to rain so they left. I messaged asking when they were going to return, they said I needed to pay more on top of the quoted amount as my roof was “bigger” I said no and I wanted a refund. They then blocked me on Facebook and my calls. I have lodged a complaint with CBS. Has anyone been able to get a refund from this company?

SCAM company – I contacted Adelaide Roof Painting (All district Trades) via their FB page to complete a paint job on my roof. I agreed for the job to be completed. The technician came out to inspect the roof and booked in a time with me to compete it. When he came back to complete the job I was at work, so he called me. He advised that he is “ready to start”… Read more
and that he has “all materials ready to go”. He said that he needs to “hurry up and get going before the weather changes” and said that I would need to pay the deposit before he begins. I paid the $1,000.00 deposit. The payment was made by OSCO so it went straight into the account. 5 minutes after the payment was made, the technician called back and said that he “can’t complete the job today” because “the pitch of the roof is too high” and he “needs a second person to complete the job.” I asked why he didn’t tell me this before he started, and he said he “just noticed”. I said that the pitch of the roof is the “most obvious part of the roof and you can see it clearly from the street” so how is it possible that he could only “just notice.” The technician then said “There’s no way he can do it today” but he will try to come either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday of the following week. He then hung up on me.
This was November last year. Still waiting...
I will be pursuing this matter via all available channels. Please feel free to contact me if you have had a similar experience and would like to support me and others in this matter.

SCAM! Business name is All District Trades. Will take your money! – Had organised to have a ‘technician’ come out from them, get rescheduling and finally they had decided on a day they would come out. 3am of the morning they finally send the quote. Business name on the quote is ‘All District Trades’, a scam company from NSW. Please look at all their reviews on here. Called them out via text, and Facebook but just… Read more
blocked me. There Facebook has no reviews and if you carefully look through their photos, none are actually SA houses! Do not get caught out by those dodgy people.

If there was a 0/5 they would get it – The business is trading as ADT Roof Restorations in Canberra currently. They quoted $1599 for the work and we paid an additional $650 for repointing about 5 months ago. Since then, our roof has leaked (had not leaked previously) and all of the paint is now peeling off despite being sent a 12 year warranty document. We also were out of pocket an… Read more
additional $2k because we had to take off an reinstall our solar panels to get the painting work done.
I have tried to follow up with the company to seek a refund - the mobile number on the quotes does not actually answer and has an automated text response of 'Please text me', when you do so, there is no reply. I have also emailed with no response.
The only thing I can do now is comment on their facebook advertisements in the hope no one else falls for their gimmicks.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

Feel taken advantage of – Feel completely taken advantage of being young first home owners. Roof needed repair due to cracked tiles and repointing. Should have noticed alarm bells when their was no paper trail, nothing signed. I usually look online at reviews but took someone's word for it who got their roof done by same company. Poor English, only from what could be… Read more
seen 1 coat of spray, tiles are more cracked than what they originally were, got spray on solar panels which he was told to cover over, wouldn't do as I asked, wouldn't leave unless paid him. Has not returned calls, emails, texts, facetime. Never ever will go through such dodgy companies again. Have reported to fair work and I want to shut this fool down. Will be contacting everyone to go to a current affair. Do not contact Golden roof painting, all district trades etc. They are nothing but lazy, dodgy, dirty, pathetic business who needs to stop operating.

Dodgy company that keeps changing their trading names – This company, which has traded under multiple names, most recently being ADT Roof Restoration and Pro Roofer. Here are some others in the photo. They're dodgy. Don't use them! As you can see by the photos, they painted over dirt and even a nail and the paint peels straight off. They do not respond to calls, emails, SMS or IMs. The 12 year warranty isn't worth the electrons it's written on. Show details

Scammers!! DO NOT USE THEM! – Provided them a deposit and didnt even start cleaning the roof. They hired a guy with no experience in roof cleaning, machine stopped working and never came back. they blocked me from calling them and blocked me on facebook. Directors names are Ali El Asmar and Henrique Dolce who live in punchbowl and bankstown. Do not use them.

Dishonest business conduct – Collected deposit but won’t finish the job stating that I must pay an extra $500 on top of agreed price. Looking at the reviews now, I can’t believe these guys are still running a business. Can I give zero star?
Dodgiest B#%tards Out! lol – If I could give minus stars I would, and I don't even know where to begin... Just don't use them, I had them clean my roof but then saw these reviews so stopped the service. Now they wants $950 for the roof cleaning. Not going to pay at all. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

Scammers – They came to my house to clean the titles, and they didn't come back. I already paid $1000 in March and still waiting. I called them many time, but no one answered my calls. Is there a way to raise a complaint???. Thx Be careful guys
Scamers – Use the new Name of Lifestyle roof painting, also have golden roof painting ADT roof restorations and advanced roof restorations. They seemed very cheap however have just found these reviews, thanks all.
Morons – Waste of time. Not reliable. Delay after delay after delay. Would never consider this company again. Kept postponing so was forced to look elsewhere. The communication is really poor, will leave you hanging
Horrendous Job – Charged us $2750 for a roof paint. They didn't pressure clean properly, 1 Coat instead of 3 and sprayed while it was windy and got paint all over our neighbours new cars! The neighbours were going to kill them literally. They ended up having to wash and scrub off the paint off the cars they damaged. Now the paint is peeling off after 1.5 years! Waste of money
SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – These people will not show and request a 1000 dollar deposit before or on the morning of the job. We had our roof booked today and they never showed but still sent the invoice early morning for payment. They don’t give a specific time they say they’ll arrive between 9am to 12pm which they never did.
Scammers – These people got paint all over our colorbond fencing which we had to have replaced, they tried to get more money out of us saying our tiles were broken. 0/10 these people aren’t legit.
Same old Scammers ADT Roofing, now Lifestyle Roof Painting – Golden roof painting, ADT Roof Restorations, now Lifestyle Roof Painting. Demand $1000 deposit, delays, don't do the job, break tiles and do damage. Luckily I have everything on CCTV cameras! https://www.facebook.com/Lifestyle-Roof-Painting-112003750441981/
Dodgey scammers who are not qualified painters! – Dodgey scammers who are not qualified painters. Cleaner destroyed our roof from the pressure clean and now we have an insurance claim in. Do not use this company whatever you do!
Scammers – Wished I saw all these review before booking, they never showed and wanted a deposit of $1000. So glad I didn’t Put any money upfront. These people will scam you

Not happy, didn’t show up – Booked a roof restoration via Facebook with “Pro Roofer” however they never showed up and provided barely any communication. I took two days off work to facilitate and be available for the technicians, however no one showed up nor responded to my calls. I canceled the job. Tread with caution. Show details
Stay away dodgy – Stay away they have now changed there name to PRO ROOFER they are is Brisbane and Indians will take your money and do a crap job. They are scam artist
Shoddy – All District Trades, which operate under various names such as Golden Roof Painting… I found them via a Facebook ad. I wish I’d read these reviews first. They cleaned and painted my roof for a good price of $1800. But it will now cost $2800 to fix the damage they did to the roof. It is cracked and leaking now.
Scammers, I would give them zero if I could – Absolute scumbags. They took my money, broke a bunch of tiles, made an absolute mess of my house. They don't return calls or messages. I never even got contacted about painting, and when I messaged them on facebook asking what was going on, they blocked me.
Please Stay Away from this Company – If you are after a $1,000.00 roof wash well look no further as these guys have got you covered. If you are after customer service, follow up as to when your roof with be finalised or even a courtesy response to emails, phone calls, text messages, SMS or even a payment receipt, this is not the company for you. If the mandatory field for rating could be be zero I would have selected. Please Buyer be cautious.
Just a money grab – I recommended this company to my mum. She booked them in. On the day they messaged late to say they were running late. Finally turn up, and tried to get my mum to give a $1000 deposit before anything - she refused. Guy went up on the roof to inspect, first roof inspection they tell her the ridge capping needs to be done - they could do it for… Read more
$1500 if the company did it or the guy could do it for $1000 cash. Mum said he had issues going ‘off script’ with his English as he couldn’t answer the questions that aren’t run of the mill (she asked what the ridge capping was and how it will be done - she has no roof knowledge). Then second inspection of the roof the person claimed the roof was quite large so it will be another $650. Mum was prepared for this (I read her these reviews) and said no you quoted $1599 for a single story house, she has a single story house. She went on to say nothing on the quote says $1599 and may be more if the roof is over a certain amount upon inspection. The guy spoke to his boss and came back in to say it will still be $650 extra. Mum said if you’re not going to honour the quote m, I don’t want you to do anything. They left without doing it. Would not recommend. They draw people in with low costs and then upsell with other things hoping to pressure the purchaser at the time to pay the extra. Avoid at all costs!
Terrible untrustworthy folks who don’t answer a phone – A man came to clean the roof turned up in a car. Then asked for another $850 saying roof was to big !! Seriously it’s not a large house. Anyway I said you didn’t know this sooner? Why didn’t you come and check Before giving me a quote with no inspection. This was after I paid the $1000 cash transfer. They quoted me $1899 then decide it’s another… Read more
$850 who knows what it will cost they made it up as they went along.
I strongly advise you all to be careful I’d Stay away from these people and don't even consider. They don't answer there phones and don't respond to sms or email.
VERY POOR – The guy to clean the roof turned up in a car. Then asked for another $650.00 saying roof was to big !! These guys just want your money as and way to get it. Stay away from and don't even consider. They don't answer there phones and don't respond to sms.
Dodgy company, STAY AWAY from them – They came last week(27/10/21), cleaned and re-painted our roof. Yesterday rained in Sydney and we found from 3 different spot water is dripping from the ceiling. We never had roof leaking issues in the past. They definetly stuffed it up. They left our & neighbour house a mess, guy said he will come tomorrow to clean it. I called him twice and he… Read more
promised me he will come but he dint turn up. So we cleaned it.
2days later when rain started, found out roof is leaking(3 different spots). Called them 6-7times, no response. First time i called, they texted me saying ‘please text’ I texted them but no response.
I should’ve checked product review’s comment at the first place, made a huge mistake.
Looks like they change their name. All district trades Pty Ltd(facebook page: Roof restoration Sydney) STAY AWAY from them.
Will take them to Fair trading for sure.
Very poor – Engaged this company to paint my roof. They postponed twice. Then when they turned up, tried to get another $700 off me saying the roof was too big. (it's a 13 sq house). Big rip off only did one coat of paint left massive mess. I am still fighting to get them back to do the job quickly. They breached covid lockdown by working during lockdown.… Read more
The had no safety gear. I have lodged complaint with Office of Fair Trading. Will.also be pursuing them through ACAT. be warned.
Best avoided – Didn't show up when they said they would, rang late in the day advising the paint hadn't been delivered from the supplier. I should have cancelled and gone with another company after that. They didn't do a very good job and left a real mess including left over paint containers and paint. Debris was left on the roof and just painted over. It took two people about 6 hours and cost over $2500. I am hoping there are better roof painters than this.
Unqualified trades, poor workmanship, and got paint all over my solar panels! – The initial roof clean was haphazard, and the pointing "repairs" are amateurish. The painter made no effort to mask anything, paint was spilled all over my solar panels and decking and not cleaned. This has resulted in hundreds of dollars of damage to my panels, which now need to be cleaned and professionally recoated. Will not assist in having a… Read more
professional fix their mistakes, instead offered to send the same painter around who made the mess to "clean it up" ignoring the fact you can't just clean solar panels. I will be lodging a case with ACAT to try and recover my money.
Very bad – Disappointed that this organisation did not come to do the service. They are unprofessional, don’t keep their word and disorganised with their time schedule. They cancelled on the same day they were supposed to do the requested work.
