Warning: avoid this company. The property I purchased has been plagued with serious defects, and the developer has shown little willingness to take responsibility. The quality of the build has been extremely disappointing, and the ongoing issues have turned what should have been a major investment into a huge headache. I would not recommend them.

Research all the facts before buying – Company uses aggressive sales tactics and if you don't like their property selections then they don't want to work with you anymore. A large deposit is needed for their land and house packages. The actual house they are building is very basic for what you are paying.

So far so great – Great company with positive people working for them. Extremely helpful in ever way and always looking to teach and encourage the client more about property and finance

promised. The presenter guesses a few values - having lost or forgotten the info provided - and uses it to repeat the simple YouTube overview. Also not forthcoming about working relationships with other companies (in terms of business model) even when pressed.

Beware – Avoid by all means. Melbourne Alliancecorp collected a deposit for property investment but failed to deliver what was promised. 2 years later and now I can see I will never get this deposit back and they just don't care. Beware and avoid services like this promising to do all for you.
