Thanks for Brenda's help to let me know how to pay the bill and complete my 1st experience . We are couples from China and just landed Australia for 5 months. We were lucky because we always get the great help by Australians, such as Brenda Will.

Efficient, knowledgeable, great problem solver and goes to whatever length she can to ensure the situation is resolved or explains how the system works. I am very happy with service that Ernst Body Corporate provide, in particular Brenda Will. I have called Brenda a few times to help me with queries and have asked her to assist me with a issue. I am selling a Brisbane property, but as an interstate landlord, had missed the agent's prompt to obtain a Disclosure Statement and Pool Certificate.
By the time I was prompted and recognised the need for the certificates, a potential buyer had approached the agent, and a open-for-inspection had been advertised for the next day.

I work closely with Michelle (client finance Manager) and Darran (Community Manager) . We have an awesome working relationship and anytime (there are many) I contact Michelle, the response is immediate and professional. My job on the board is so much easier and clearer with the support that I receive from my Ernst team.
Every time I have called to change details of an owner or I have needed information Brenda Will, has always been very helpful, friendly and given exceptional service, this service has always been met with a happy and cheerful disposition, nothing seems to be to hard or difficult and always ask's if there is anything else she can help me with. The accounts payable system works very well. Sending through an invoice as an attachment to an email is very easy, as is the approval process, also be email. Bills are paid promptly, to my knowledge, as it is rare for me to receive a query from a contractor or supplier as to when a payment will be received. It's very much a set and forget process that works very smoothly so Natalie is obviously working efficiently behind the scenes, which as an on site manager I appreciate very much.

Please be advised that your elected representative on the PBC for your scheme was advised through SSKB (as your Body Corporate Manager) of the cancellation. This advice was sent through by EBCM on instruction from the PBC committee and under advice from their lawyer. The PBC has only 12 lots, with your scheme representing 1 lot and having a nominated representative (being your chairperson) at PBC level.
We are therefore unable to comment as to why the information was not distributed to lot owners within your scheme (as EBCM are not the appointed Body Corporate Managers).
