I have worked with Stephanie for most of 2019 in my role as a Building Manager of the Oracle Broadbeach, I talk or email with her invariably every second day and I find her to be extremely efficient, knowledgeable and always so willing to help.
Stephanie's experience and understanding of Body Corp Legislation is excellent and enables her to quickly respond to most questions I have. Anything she is unsure of Stephanie researches and answers without delay.
Stephanie is a great asset to the EBCM team and pleasure to work with.

I would recommend Ernest Body Corporate Management as all the staff are very friendly, and Rikki is always available to answer your questions you have regarding your complex. I find Rikki & Ros very approachable and has a very friendly nature and they always reply promptly to our emails and are very helpful with any questions we may have and can handle any owners questions which is a big plus for our committee
Takes the pressure off of all the legalities
I would not have been confident enough to take on being the treasurer of our committee without the reassurance of knowing that Rikki was so switched on and up to date with the complicated procedures and laws governing body corporates. In addition to knowing so much, nothing is too much trouble for her. She is always available and eager to help and has the best interests of the committee in mind with everything she takes on. Every time I have contacted Ernst, the receptionist, the accounts team and the assistants have always been informed, helpful and cheery and Rikki will take whatever time I need to answer my questions. I would recommend Ernst as your body corporate partner.

Able to resolve issues quickly .The body corporate accounts are sent out on time to all lot owners . Always willing to find the best trade persons for jobs around the apartment block. Also obtaining a number quotes for large jobs when needed on time.
Susan Parish at EBCM has recently taken over the management of our body corporate. I have found her a pleasure to deal with and has been prompt and efficient with our dealings with her. Please be advised that your elected representative on the PBC for your scheme was advised through SSKB (as your Body Corporate Manager) of the cancellation. This advice was sent through by EBCM on instruction from the PBC committee and under advice from their lawyer. The PBC has only 12 lots, with your scheme representing 1 lot and having a nominated representative (being your chairperson) at PBC level.
We are therefore unable to comment as to why the information was not distributed to lot owners within your scheme (as EBCM are not the appointed Body Corporate Managers).
