a number of Investment Properties, only 1 is with STM. Our Property Manager told us he has a problem getting a response from STM too!! Are they short staffed, very confusing!!!

did a police report. After Cyclone Alfred in Feb, even though I had issues I received no assistance from STM, no claim I needed to address and get roof fixed myself and pay for it, I finally was able to claim , Oct i filed a claim and end of Nov had someone look at my property, it’s still not over, sent my invoices that I paid for repairs were sent in to insurer, no acknowledgment or timeframe this claim will take, these people are the most unprofessional outfit i’ve ever dealt with.I get watched by the owners corporation through their upstairs window,the garden out front of my home is common area gardens and is the responsibility of gardeners over 12 months I’ve seen it attended to twice, I have grass and weeds from these gardens growing into my place, addressed with strata no response , I’m tired of the unprofessionalism of this organisation and taking steps seeking legal advice

explain in detail how it works. His advice on, e.g. if it aint broke, don't fix it, as well as making sure all licenses, (fire, workplace health and safety etc) are up to date; also, taking time to explain our financial status and insurance cover. Steve has a lot of knowledge, never struggle to give us a good explanation, and make an effort to in detail explain anything effortlessly to owners. I can confidently say, definitely a pleasure to attend the otherwise, 'boring-and -getting-nowhere" AGM's. Steve Rose is very proactive as the manager of our building. After a number of recorded messages I finally had an opportunity to leave a message. I then contacted STM Tweed Heads office and spoke to Tracey. She advised the STM computer program was down. I had a missed call mid afternoon 10 February from STM Sydney office. I returned that call and spent a long time on the recorded message merry-go-round to be told call back another time. I did that on numerous attempts yesterday, without success. More merry-go-round pre-recorded messages.

I called STM Tweed Heads today and was very fortunate to speak to Katie Naish. She listened to my request and immediately suggested I needed a tax statement and forwarded that to me within 5 mins. In addition, she forwarded the supporting invoices. Katie is a true professional and managed my request with the in a very timely manner. Katie was the only STM personnel that truly wanted to solve my issue. Thank you Katie.

Steven out Strata manager has been a legend, we have discourse and a very difficult owner causing continual issues and he manages to calm all and sit of the right side of issues. Great guys!! Show reply

Strata Title Management Group (North Shores Sydney), my personal experience together with other owners, STM treat owners as their 'products', not 'customer'. 'cause STM is big with strong legal team, once you are with them, they will keep milking you dry, many owners end up selling property hopeless, Hopeless as STM using legal rescourses and full-time paid property manangers against owers, So Avoid STM!

Avoid 'Strata Title Management Group', the company in Sydney manipuate votes, control committee, drain up capital funds, lack of documentation, incorrect financial recording, and use legal action to threat owners. Avoid STM!

My experiences with this group are abysmal. Strata community managers do not reply; enormous lag time in their system, levies increased dramatically and simple transactions for repairs to property are very difficult to achieve. Avoid at all costs!
