These sheets are not linen at all. Buyer be aware. It’s a real scam. Purchased 2 set and was terribly disappointed. Those videos are really fake. But I reached out to Afirm for information and a refund. They seem to be very helpful. They opened a case and will let me know more. They seem to have a lot of complaints about this company called… Read more

AllAura. Don’t purchase from this company. Here are some pics of what you will get when you order. Please don’t waste your money. What a shame.

Sheets are not 100% linen you can’t even tell if there’s any linen in the sheets. The sheets are shiny and very thin. To return the sheets it cost $10 per set plus shipping back to China when you order the sheets nowhere in their advertisement do they mention they come from China they say European flax. A person from their company sent me an… Read more

email after I contacted them and they also stated the sheets were 100% linen. There is not a tag sewn into the seam of the sheets stating the fabric content. The only tag sewn into the sheets shows the size and washing instructions. There is a little piece of cardboard with a sticker on it that comes in the bag that says 100% linen, which is not true.

Unfortunately, I believed the ad video about the flax being done well but the reality was a waffle-textured, shiny, sort of weird satiny product that was nothing like linen. Like others I was offered a minimal refund. I’m not sure how e-commerce is going to work if we can’t trust the ads to be at least minimally realistically related to the product actually offered. Show details

If I could place negative rating - it would be "-10" !!! Absolute scam, not a linen, not even description in a tag!!! I bought 2 sets!!! (being absolute id*ot) for 315.00, king size... according to beautiful ads - 100% linen.. not even close, pure synthetic, and my family have allergy, that why I have to be very careful... I decided to return!!… Read more

and the hell begins...... agent from ALLAURA (name - [Name Removed])keep offering refund of 20 and then 30% and to keep the staff, not to return back!!! I understand - I am done, and now , as it going currently, I am bombing this cr#p company every day with email of status of my refund... so far nothing. Because of such a "business" as allurea- we are loosing trust in other companies from china! will write negative review, as nothing to loose!

PS2: below the text box- don't use aggressive language... REALLY??

These “linen” sheets are from Wuhan, China! They advertise that they are EUROpean linen made with a Caucasian male who supposedly has a linen company. It’s all a scam! I am demanding a full refund and will not accept sheets maDE IN WUHAN, CHINA, WHAT ELSE IS IN THOSE SHEETS? That kind of false advertising is illegal and needs to be prosecuted. Show details

Very disappointed in the Allaura sheets. First, there is no label stating fabric content, so pretty sure it’s not linen. Second, several seams were ripped & not sewn properly. There was no way to choose pillowcase size. I’ll not order from Allaura again. Scam. Show details

Scam company sent sheets that were supposed to be linen but were hot and unbearable to sleep on, we had to put our cotton ones back on the bed at 2 in the morning, the pillowcases were about 300mm too long and trying to get them refunded is a nightmare, stay clear of the people they drop ship from China and the sheets have no ID as to what material they are made from.( probably nylon) Show details

I love my sheets!Theyre so soft and they’re not cold when you get into bed. They’re also not hot and I didn’t sweat. I was a tad worried they wouldn’t fit my bed because I have a foam top on it but they did. Just enough to stay on and not move off when we lay down. Do I wish it had a few more inches ? Yes! They didn’t take as long as I thought to… Read more

get here either. Now the sleeping part, AMAZING! I recommend them to my daughter and I’m recommending them to you!

Have had email communications with this company and looking to proceed via Fair Trading as they have just refused refund on 1 set of sheets that are in original packaging and unopened. The other set I washed before use and they didn’t wash up well… Read more

at all. They still feel synthetic a non-breathable. The product is nothing like advertised. It has a label PRC. If I had known they were an overseas product I would not have purchased them. The return factory is in Victoria however, they say that they have no facility to refund. I am sure laws are being broken here. The product quality is atrocious. I will follow this up and will not let it lie until I am satisfied that this company (address is PO Box 1130 Narre Warren VIC 3805) is investigated further.

Follow-up  · The sheets were very different to those advertised and had a plastics feel to them. Made in Peoples Republic of China unfortunately. Customer service required a lot of pressure to provide a 50% refund. I am persuing through fair trading as I do believe return policy is unlawful according to Australian laws.

These ARE NOT real flax or linen sheets, they are light weight synthetic fabric. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT LINEN SHEETS. There’s no label sewn into sheets identifying its fabric content. Only label is washing instructions. They charge $10.00 restocking fee for returns. Show details

Like others have stated, these are 100% polyester. NOT linen. Total scam. Drop ships directly from china. I went to fashion school, studied textiles and make all my own clothes. I could tell in 2 seconds this was polyester, I burn tested and sure enough. Fully melted. DO NOT buy Show details

Scam. They're supposedly made of linen but I doubt it. They're definitely MADE IN AND SHIP FROM CHINA. Attempting to return but don't hold much hope for that. Show details

Follow-up  · They offered a refund, did not want the order returned, told me to "dispose" of the item as I saw fit. I donated them to a womens' shelter.

Absolute Scam - nothing about the product even comes close to what they claim - even the labeling and packaging does not mention anything about Allura or linen - the fabric is at best polyester and they couldn't even take care to fold it properly in the cheap packet - for the money they are charging and what they are claiming it is , this company… Read more

and site should be investigated - it is sites like these that have made me give up on on line shopping for ever - i purchased this as a gift for my daughter whom has trouble sleeping and i cant (wouldn't) even give it to her if you cant physically touch or see the product then don't buy it - go back to shopping in store and support your locals. Definitely don't touch this rubbish. Ash

just received my sheets in the mail and I can tell they are NOT linen. I've worked with textiles my whole life and I know what linen feels like. These are 100% polyester. The tag on the sheets doesn't even list the fabric type, only washing instructions. Do not buy! Show details

I don't believe these sheets are 100 % cotton because they pill. I specifically buy 100 % cotton sheets because they never pill, even after years of use. I also hate the feel of these sheets. Real 100 % cotton feels crisp and a little stiff, whereas these feel thin and too soft, like they're really old. I definitely would not buy this brand again.

Follow-up  · 1. The sheets were washed on a cotton cycle with eucalyptus liquid laundry detergent. 2. I purchased the sheets from Manchester Collection. The pilling started to appear after a few months of use, so the sheets were not returnable. 3. The reason I don't believe the sheets are 100 % cotton is that there is no tab sewn to the sheets that states… Read more

Pretty colours but scratchy and pills – I bought this fitted sheet and matching pillowcases, because of the gorgeous sage colour and because it was a mega queen with deep wall to fit my pillow top mattress, and because it was on special. The colour is great, as is the fit, but the sateen finish is misleading. The sheet is scratchy, hot and pills, making it uncomfortable to lie on,… Read more

especially in the summer heat. The sheet definitely does not have " a soft, silky smooth finish" as indicated on the packaging.

In addition, as we have our cats sleeping with us, the sheets develop balls of cat fur all over, where the cats have been sleeping, due to the rough, scratchy finish of the sheet.

Be warned – I bought two sets of pillowcases and out of the pack they were shiny and felt smooth. However after first gently cold wash before use, they were scratchy and rough to sleep on. Several washes hot and cold and even tried fabric softener, they are still like hessian bags to sleep on. Wasted money. Show details
