Hi Brad, Thank you for your purchase. Unfortunately, Alpecin doesn't make a conditioner at this time. You can use any conditioner with the Alpecin products, this won't affect the caffeine shampoo.

Dr. Wolff who makes Alpecin has developed a conditioner under another of their caffeine hair care brands Plantur 39, external link  which contains Avocado to help keep the hair supple.

it depends on your skin type, as I have been using it for more than 7 months and now its started giving me rash on my skin and pimple even on my forehead where shampoo drips down, Now I am not sure if I should have used conditioner or other product with it to avoid it or not.

I just started using this product but I'd use a hair mask afterwards but use hair mask only few times in one week

Last I checked, there is no evidence this treats hair loss. Though in theory it may strengthen hair follicles, since hair feels and looks thicker. Probably best used in conjunction with other hair loss products.
