Alpha & Omega Air Conditioning

A Previous Purchase from this Store went well but on this occasion, it was quite the opposite!! I ordered and paid for an item on 5.2.26. The purchase included Express Postage. When a number of days had gone by, I sent an email asking what was going on. No response was received by me. I waited for a few more days and then sent another message asking to Cancel my Order and requested a Full Refund. Again, No Response. I rang this Company on 12.2.26 and was told that the person who organises the Refunds is not in the office and when he returns, they will process the Refund. Never heard of this?? Today is 13.2.26 and still no Refund. I sent the third message this morning stating that I was entitled to a Full Refund and I wanted it processed today. Very poor Service and I won't be coming back!!
