I have since purchased the same machine from their competitor who answered the same questions I asked with patience and respect. I hope that Winnings store management can look into this review as this experience of mine affected my future decision to purchase from this store.

Finally, when we confirmed delivery date, Winning called to advise our appliances weren’t available. After significant back and forth, they found other units to fulfil my order.

When we unpacked all the appliances to install them, the dryer couldn’t be plumbed because it was missing certain parts that we were advised had to be ordered separately. That was despite explicitly advising Winnings when we ordered the appliances we wanted all the connections to plumb the dryer.

The response from them was atrocious. The sales manager ([Name Removed]) wrote to my wife and used 10x ‘!!!’, claiming a misunderstanding and refusing to fix the issue. He also made a number of statements that were factually wrong, particularly as he wasn’t involved in any of our discussions with the sales person we placed the order with.

When you spend over $30k with a firm for premium appliances, you expect premium service. What we experienced was an absolute fail once we had paid for the order!!!!!!!

Next time, I’ll order directly from Wolf or use another retailer.

I had a really disappointing experience with Winning Appliances. The customer service was unacceptable — the woman I spoke to on the phone, Christine, had a very unprofessional and VERY RUDE attitude. Instead of helping, she made the situation more frustrating with her dismissive tone and lack of care. For a company that prides itself on service, this was extremely disappointing. I expected far better from Winning Appliances.

Samsung Washing machine stopped working after 4 years, when it should last 10-15 years. Winnings said it won't repair as it's past the 2 year warranty period. So they're basically saying washing machines they sell only last 2 years. Local repairers, and even Samsung's nearest agent (2 hours away) said they won't repair either. THIS IS A BREACH… Read more

OF CONSUMER LAW. We've made a complaint to Fair Trading. So if you buy anything from Winnings, and it breaks after 2 years, you're screwed. Hopefully Fair Trading will shame them into complying with their statutory obligations, otherwise we'll have to take them to court to recover the cost of a new machine. Pathetic! AVOID!

I had a rough budget in mind but because she explained the comparison between different items, I ended up understanding that the items I had my mind set on, weren't suitable for what I needed for our kitchen. The online order and payment process was easy, and delivery and removal of old washing machine was free. Delivery could have been the next day, but I chose another day to suit me.
