The delivery and installation process was equally impressive. The team arrived on time, handled everything with care, and ensured the oven was set up perfectly.
Professional and courteous service – We needed a bracket to mount our Bosch dryer on top of our Bosch washing machine. The salesperson made sure the bracket was compatible with the two different series machines, to avoid the need for a return. The delivery staff made sure to hand the bracket to me personally, rather than simply drop it off, take a photo and run. It was refreshing to receive such professional, courteous service from the staff at Winning Appliances.

minute they arrived that this was not possible and a very negative attitude towards what they were being asked to do. Lots of no, no this can’t be done even though it had been agreed via email and several conversations that this could be done, or at least attempted. They found every excuse in the book. They said they could not take it up the stairs in its box- we asked them to phone their supervisor and ask- and then they took it out the box. Then the measurements- in which Winnings Took themselves- in person - were ‘wrong’ - their words quote un quote- Even though We recognized one of the guys from the first time they came to check measurements. No commitment to opening a discussion or problem solving with us was even suggested. We suggested several other options. They wouldn’t budge. We then said can they leave the fridge, we will sort it - did that easily, not long afterwards we managed to get the fridge to its destination up the stairs with some help of friends, a genie lift and a little bit of tenacity.
So 5 stars for sales team. 1 start for delivery team.

Sabrina is the best salesperson at Winnings. This is the second renovation she has helped me with. When it comes to product range, her depth of knowledge is worthy of commendation. She is also very attentive after the sale, particularly when I comes to arranging deliveries. We had several delays and she was very helpful with rescheduling deliveries.
