minute they arrived that this was not possible and a very negative attitude towards what they were being asked to do. Lots of no, no this can’t be done even though it had been agreed via email and several conversations that this could be done, or at least attempted. They found every excuse in the book. They said they could not take it up the stairs in its box- we asked them to phone their supervisor and ask- and then they took it out the box. Then the measurements- in which Winnings Took themselves- in person - were ‘wrong’ - their words quote un quote- Even though We recognized one of the guys from the first time they came to check measurements. No commitment to opening a discussion or problem solving with us was even suggested. We suggested several other options. They wouldn’t budge. We then said can they leave the fridge, we will sort it - did that easily, not long afterwards we managed to get the fridge to its destination up the stairs with some help of friends, a genie lift and a little bit of tenacity.
So 5 stars for sales team. 1 start for delivery team.
Such an easy process. It was great to have the delivery on the next business day and to have installation completed the old product removed along with the packaging.

The delivery and installation process was equally impressive. The team arrived on time, handled everything with care, and ensured the oven was set up perfectly.
Professional and courteous service – We needed a bracket to mount our Bosch dryer on top of our Bosch washing machine. The salesperson made sure the bracket was compatible with the two different series machines, to avoid the need for a return. The delivery staff made sure to hand the bracket to me personally, rather than simply drop it off, take a photo and run. It was refreshing to receive such professional, courteous service from the staff at Winning Appliances.

we appreciated. We bought a Westinghouse WVEP6717 2 days later the oven was delivered to our address. Winning Appliance delivery men delivered our new oven, fantastic service,Communication was excellent & respectful. An Electrician had to disconnect our old oven not till later that day, so WA are returning the next day to take my old oven away. Can’t fault that service. No better service I have received anywhere. Thank you Winning Appliances.

the truck. This was after I had already expressed disattisfaction with the service I had received so obviously my concerns or request were not passed on. I was told by two seperate people "It will arrive to our Sydney Warehouse tomorrow and we will ship it the next day" I get to the next week and it still had not arrived.
Manager just kind of laughed at me a lot of the time on the phone. I don't feel he took my upset or concern seriously. I wasn't contacted within time frames set by Winnings staff for updates.
Ridiculous system, poor service, haven't even got the oven yet and am dreading it arriving and having any problems if this is the level of care or service I will recieve. Go with Harvey Norman Commercial department if you are looking for big ticket appliances.

highly recommend. Some of our products were very slow to arrive but were managed as best they can from the project manager. Deleivery service was fabulous, all free and out of metro areas.
Sabrina is the best salesperson at Winnings. This is the second renovation she has helped me with. When it comes to product range, her depth of knowledge is worthy of commendation. She is also very attentive after the sale, particularly when I comes to arranging deliveries. We had several delays and she was very helpful with rescheduling deliveries.

I phoned and a lovely lady helped me select the washing machine that I wanted and the transaction was done in under 10 minutes. Washing machine delivered and installed the next day and the old machine taken away. Super easy to do business with Winnings.
