I had a rough budget in mind but because she explained the comparison between different items, I ended up understanding that the items I had my mind set on, weren't suitable for what I needed for our kitchen. The RRP discount on my chosen washing machine was the best by far of all the retailers I checked. The online order and payment process was easy, and delivery and removal of old washing machine was free. Delivery could have been the next day, but I chose another day to suit me. Sales and delivery staff were fantastic - professional, timely and courteous. The delivery staff went above and beyond getting a big fridge into my house which was not easy!
