adjust for the height to accommodate their slats, but did not send a courtesy message to say that the customer has to add 50mm to either side (100mm total) to the width. Instead, a VERY long text message is sent that has all sorts of information and a very small section saying 'make sure you have allowed for the 50mm frame on the sides and where it mounts to your building'. After getting in touch to let them know the cover was too small and multiple text messages back and forth about needing new width pieces (again, they refuse to speak with you directly and will only use SMS), I was told that they "are DIY and don't get involved in the math of it all' (however they do do the maths for the height to accommodate for the slats). I was also told it would cost me an additional $260 to send the new pieces required to make a useable screen. At this stage, I decided to cut my losses and go with another company.

PROS: * The screen looks nice in the photos

CONS: * They will not speak directly with you on the phone and insist on corresponding via SMS * They do not send a courtesy message with SIMPLE instructions regarding double checking measurements and ensuring you ADD 100mm to your width * The assembly instructions are difficult to interpret with many spelling mistakes and poor grammar. We are very experienced renovators and had issues with understanding the instructions * Assembly is quite complex and definitely NOT for your beginner DIYer. * The pieces seemed to have been cut and put directly in the shipping box, leaving so many aluminium shavings that made a complete mess when the box was opened. * Very poor customer service

Bottom Line: This is may be a decent product once it is fully assembled, however my experience with the company was lacking and I was unable to use what was sent and am out of pocket $360. Putting the product together is also quite tricky and the instructions are lacking. I cannot personally recommend purchasing anything from them and I am extremely disappointed that they made no effort whatsoever to try and come to a compromise. The last communication I received was a text saying "Life is easy, but DIY is not for everyone"

were so impressed we bought another and cancelled our order for electric fencing material. The order was received by courier to our daughter's house in outer Melbourne within a few days. John kept us informed and sent tracking information very quickly. The cost was less than half what we were quoted at a large hardware store and they would have needed to order it in anyway. An excellent company with which to deal.
