Less mowing more fun – Great unit. Once set up it just does the job and you don't have to. Clean up with the whipper snipper. Mow little and often and the garden looks great. Will eat sprinkler hoses. Blade change is easy. Navigation beacons$$$. Will chop up steep slopes with its wheels. Once set up well it is a reliable tool, set the shedule and off it goes, you need to pickup after your dog. Can be set as a video sentry. Not cheap but worth it
Purchased in at Ecovacs Robotics for $3,200.

Awesome – I realise this machine is expensive but it is amazing at what it does. It mows your lawn in neat straight lines with barely any interaction from the owner. I was a bit sceptical at first but it was very easy to set up and works as advertised. I will add some photos later as it's dark now. It mows better than my normal mower using these little razer type blades. I can only assume it gives a great cut because it goes at a moderate speed so the blades have time to cut evenly and smoothly. I've got it set to mow every second day and it takes 3 hours to mow 300sqm. It comes back once during that time to recharge and go back out again where it left off.
Some possible suggestions for future software updates would be the ability to divide the lawn into different zones so you can mow different areas on different days etc. At the moment when you send it out you have to mow the whole lawn. And maybe when setting the virtual boundary make the little screen joystick a bit easier to use. Can't fault it at this stage. Happy to answer any questions.
