rigid flange does not feel right on my breast. When I express with another pump (with a soft flange and two cycles settings) it takes me only 15 minutes to express the same amount of milk.

OK – I have never had great let down with this machine, and I find it doesn't help me build up my milk supply as well as other breast pumps. Also I have to think too much while expressing about what speed or strength it is on. You don't need to do any work, plus it is easy to set up or pull apart quickly.
