This email was sent to me a couple of times word for word (AI generated) .This correspondence has been going back and forth for 3 months now and still no book delivered and similar emails asking for more and more information about me..They have my money and postal details and still no book. I believe it to be a data collecting entity wanting to find out as many details about you as possible. They need investigating by the relevant authorities . This seems to be a common occurrence with them after looking at their other reviews. Marielle is the other name they are using, she is the 'Nicer" of the so called team members. If you are even considering buying this product do your home work first, they have a lot of similar bad reviews and their practices are not orthodox ,I would be suspicious of any positive reviews.
They are a rip off. The payment system is on an 'extra product' loop when making the payment for the book. You can't get out of the loop to just get the book. They added another book that I did not want and made it extremely difficult to get a refund. I have not had a refund for the extra over $100 they charge for a product I did not want.
Absolute scam. This company will send duplicate orders that you have no knowledge of until it's in transit, and they refuse to acknowledge the mistake or honor their supposed 60 day refund policy. I did NOT place a second order with them. AVOID at all costs

never get there. Each time I clicked on an item in an attempt to get to final checkout, it just started the whole page over again with no option to proceed. Finally when a bank message popped up that I have insufficient funds I realized that Ancient Remedies have cleaned out my banking account. Someone called [Name Removed] from Ancient remedies contacted me and asked me to complete a form online explaining what I want to cancel and since then there has been no contact.
Follow-up · I noticed the unauthorized payments immediately as my bank account was emptied and when a pop up message came up that I have insufficient credit, I quickly went to my banking App and saw that Ancient Remedies took everything I had at the time in my account. I wanted the book first $37 unfortunately they had debited my card for over 170 before I then had to cancel it. DO NOT SCAN THIS QR CODE FROM YOUR TV OR PURCHASE FROM THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE
Be very careful if you buy from these people. The pricing is misleading as it just states an amount of $37, which you assume is Australian dollars - a little expensive but not too bad. over A$70 with freight, which makes this a super expensive book. I emailed them at support to notify them that the law requires them to advertise in A$ in Australia, or state otherwise, and to update their misleading website. Total silence has been the response.
I ordered this book, advertised at $37.99 Order Receipt showed the total price of $47.24 My bank Statement showed that $74.02 was charged. I have sent 2 emails, but no response yet.

ignoring my request. I can not recommend them. Very poor customer service and dishonest about the price.
SCAMMERS. My mum saw the book online and really wanted it, so I ordered it from Australia to be delivered to the US. I started getting different emails giving excuses on why they couldn't deliver the order.Since May 8, we have not received the order and no tracking number too.
