Karen was very helpful as I re-subcribed to Unique Cars Mag. She was professional and helpful with a friendly attitude. I was also informed of special offers for other car magazines and about a competition that is running currently.

Mental challenge of Killer Suduku puzzles are simply not worthy of being in that category
for most of the last subscription, they have been too easy. So easy I am debating if I even want to renew. I find the suguru even worse and would like to see the puzzles upgraded to be of some mental challenge. Otherwise it is all hype - Killers are supposed to be challenging.
Very polite and efficient. Tried hard to interest me in other subscriptions which she thought would be of interest and to my liking. The process to pay was done efficiently and without repeating all the details.
Renewal of subscription of Womens Weekly
Karen was very clear & polite & offered various extras, but I declined & she was still polite - unfortunately I momentarily forgot about the census & hung up. I am happy with the service I received.

Samantha was very polite and helpful. She explained the printing error on the Postcard of the renewal, but kindly offered to standby the price written on the Postcard. I am very happy with the service I received.

Karen spoke clearly when answering my questions regarding the renewal of the Goodhealth mag. She suggested how I could reduce the cost of other subscriptions if I wished to, I have chosen not to as I will be travelling, this renewal is for my daughter.

The person I contacted turned out to be very helpful. Unfortunately I had difficulty understanding her due to her accent. The issue was resolved, but during the course of our conversation, I was never sure where the information I was providing was leading.
Efficient and helpful
My phone call was answered promptly and dealt with very efficiently by the magshop representative Karen. she offered me further products ie another magazine subscription in addition to the special offer I received in the post but I didn't feel pressured to spend more than I was comfortable with.
