The customer service I received over the phone today was exceptional. I was treated with respect throughout the call. I have been subscribing to this magazine for quite some time however unfortunately my call was in regard to cancelling my subscription. I was still treated with respect even though I was cancelling. I was also offered a refund without even having to ask. FANTASTIC customer service.
Renewed a subscription over the phone for That's Life Magazine as a gift for my elderly sister. Easiest present I have bought in a long time. She loves doing the puzzles.

I would give 5 stars if the renewals could be extended to at least 12 months 6months is too short a period of time it seems like i am forever renewing my subscription. I dont want to use auto renewal as I prefer to keep a track on what is happening to my subscriptions Show reply
Follow-up · it seems I am forever renewing my subscriptions as they are 6 monthly. I don't use auto renewal cause I like to keep track of my subscription renewals financially and their due dates. my ideal renewal period would be 2 years

resending the missed issue.I am pleased to report that Ben resent the missed issue together with the current issue, and they arrived today. Ben advised that the missed issue had been sent but to date has not arrived.Ben was courteous, efficient and professional and i am pleased with the manner in which he ' remedied ' my problem.

I had occasion to speak with Mariah regarding the Gourmet Traveller May issue which arrived by Australia Post badly damaged and I needed to know if my email with photo attachments had been received. Mariah was extremely helpful and efficient in looking into the problem and dealing with my queries. She was pleasant and courteous too.
From time to time we miss out on our delivery of TV week. We get our delivery on any day of the week, there is no set day that this occurs. Womans weekly has still not been delivered following my phone call yesterday which is poor customer service. Which I paid an annual fee for also in the past two copies were found in the street gutter one being soaking wet. The money I paid would have appreciate a better service . ordered tv week on the 14th of april, it's now the 29th of april and still no tv magazine? too slow for me to receive the first edition. i won't renew my subscription, it's easier to just buy the tv magazine when doing my grocery shopping, you only save a few dollars anyway buying through here, not worth it.

Hi.. the customer service is have recieved about my quandary with the watch band I ordered had been 120% Very patient with me as the watch band I ordered did not suit my skinny wrist, and I wanted a PINK band. I would recommend you to anyone.

Magshop was a great way to order our publications and maintain our subscriptions. It was easy to renew or cancel subscriptions. They were easy to contact by phone and their customer service was excellent.
I would like to thank Mariah, of Magshop customer service,for her serious attention and understanding in helping resolve an issue regarding my daughters subscription to a specific magazine..Mariah was wonderful in giving time to suggestions and advice in resolving the matter, On behalf of my 14 year old daughter, we thank her and Magshop.

I’m pleased that my mother is actually receiving the magazines ordered through this company. This is the first annual renewal of the subscription and I was disappointed that I did not receive a courtesy email a week before it was due reminding me of the renewal date and amount instead of receiving an email several days after the fact.
The person I spoke with, Peter, was helpful and prompt and cancelled my subscription without question, and didn't try to upsell me anything. I really appreciated his approach, and it has made me think very favourably of Magshop, who I have always found to give great service in the past. Thank you :-)
Very easy to subscribe to magazines. It would be good to get confirmation after payment of when/which issue will be received when.... this is especially useful if the subscription is a gift.
I ordered a twelve month delivery of Woman’s Weekly by phone as I found the web site too confusing. By phoning I was able to get what I wanted simply without making my way through all the unwanted stuff on the website. Show reply
