One of my weekly magazines was not delivered & I would like it resupplied if possible, I was asked to wait to make sure it still doesn't turn up, then ring again. This was not able to be resupplied so I have been given 1 extra week on my current subscription.

I had three times to try and resolve the issue I was experiencing without success. The fourth call linked me with Peter who was extremely patient, listened to the problem, put me on hold for a short time and then came back to tell me the issue was resolved. I have to say that I wasn’t convinced at the time, but my magazine was finally delivered the following month so huge thanks to Peter.

I called to include my new credit card number for both Women's Weekly and Better Homes and Garden's Crossword Books. It would have been nice if Louise could have included new subscription for Women's Weekly for me starting after the August issue instead of me having to go and renew my subscription myself.

Very quick solution of suspension of delivery of Take Five magazine due to Australia Post non deliveries!

 Follow-up  · Yes Magshop delivers promptly and reliably ! The only times magazines have been late or not arrived each week was due to Australia Post being late or unreliable! But always the late or missed weekly magazines arrived the following week due to Magshop rectifying the late delivery!

Not worth the hassle – Won a subscription through Maccas Monopoly, thought I would claim straight away otherwise I would forget… Picked the magazine, then had to register an account. Never had one before. Was told that my details matched with some existing accounts, in America… I live in country Victoria Australia… I’m confused and worried and will forgo my prize!

The order process was clunky and payment options were not clearly confirmed, resulting in 'validation error' messages. This required repeated returns to the checkout process to try again, until I worked out that both payment types were still activated, despite previous cancellation. Your system should recognise when this has occured and allow resolution on the current page.

Womans weekly has still not been delivered following my phone call yesterday which is poor customer service. Which I paid an annual fee for also in the past two copies were found in the street gutter one being soaking wet. The money I paid would have appreciate a better service . Mariah & Ann have been extremely helpful over the past 6 months, investigating wayward mail deliveries. Recently Mariah assisted with my missing WD21. I rang back & spoke again to Mariah advising the mag had arrived today- 1 week & 2 days late. The current week issues arrived two days earlier. She was apologetic & empathetic.

understood exactly what I needed to do. This did not take very long but was finished very quickly and details became accurately changed where necessary. she was so polite and managed to get it all done and offered more help for more magazines which unfortunately I had to decline.

Responding to invoice dated 28/05/26, which states amount due is $85 every 12 months. PAID $ 89.99! I love to cook and enjoy the magazine but cannot understand why you would make an offer for a food delivery service!
