Shocking customer serviceAfter being sent an email for a back-order, explicitly stating that the items will be dispatched out to us when they become available, a month later we receive another one telling us to come and collect the items now in warehouse. after sending them a copy of their original email asking them to honour it, the manager blamed an auto-system generated email 'which can prove misleading', denying the promise to dispatch the items, and still charged a delivery fee. not only do we go without books for over a month, but then get billed extra for the delay: system-generated mishaps are not the responsibility of the customer, and a manager should be able to own that and honour what they have promised. Worst customer supportReceived a school booklist online order, of just stationery and binder books, no textbooks, 3 weeks after the child started school and 3 months after actually paying for the order. Customer support gave the run around by giving false/misleading information for 4 weeks. Told us to go to their actual stores to separately purchase the items, as all the items were in stock in store, but they couldn't cancel the online order or refund the money already paid. We had to get the school involved to finally get the online order delivered. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend online Campion orders as customer support are not proactive or informed in resolving online order issues. Show details
bad customer serviceUnforunatley it seems they do not order enough books to cover the schools classes, and keep telling me it is 2 weeks, then another 2 weeks. I have been there twice already and they have not been helpful at all. It is a shame this is the only place i can get this book, it seems they take advantage of that situation. Show details
Over it catch up with the rest of the worldAfter well over 10 years of school making us purchase our books through here. They still have no online payment option besides a credit card. I have never owned one and always either had to go in and pay via eftpos (30 minute drive) or had to borrow someones card.
I have a CBA debit card and it won’t process the payment and keeps rejecting the card and I know the card is not the problem.
My child is in VCE and swapped subjects and I was shocked to see they are never open on a weekend!

Delivery is way too long and my child is already missing out using his resources because of the trading hours. Now i have to arrange time off work so I can get his books. You would think there would atleast be PayPal, Afterpay. Zip. Bank transfer. Something. Ridiculous and out of touch with todays demands

Very disappointedUnfortunately I received the incorrect books - an Indonesian Dictionary rather than my child's French books. I did wait for school to start before ordering the books as my child has been know to swap electives at the start of the year and these books aren't easy to resell. After at 30 minute phone call, emails to the help center, I unfortunately am still waiting for the correct books to be sent to me as apparently I need to drop the book off at a Campion store (no where near to where I work or live) or they can send a replied paid ticket but I ... I find this incredibly disappointing as the error is on Campion's end and given that I have paid for the correct books, they should be dispatched immediately rather than have my child go to school without the materials that he needs.

Hi, I placed an online order early on November 23rd because of a bad experience last year where I had to wait three hours at the store to receive the item. However, I should have chosen one of the optional products, but I ordered both and contacted the consumer center saying I wanted to cancel one, but I received an email telling me to return to the store for a refund after receiving it because it was already in the warehouse. But it's been almost a week since I sent the email, and It hasn't been delivered yet .I don't understand why I can't cancel the entire order. The thought of receiving it again and waiting for a refund is terrifying. I want to know when it will be delivered or if I can cancel the order.Thanks
