Animal Referral and Emergency Centre

We had to put our beautiful almost fifteen year old border collie down a couple of days ago. We were visiting Newcastle and had to find an emergency vet. We were so upst and this place and its staff were so amazing. She got fantastic care, everyone we dealt with was so kind, compassionate, caring and sensitive and we cannot thank them all enough for how they handled both us and our beautiful dog. We are so grateful and I would not hesitate to recommend this vet practice to anyone needing the best care for their dog and its humans. Everything was so well explained, they were frantically busy with it being a long weekend and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Thank you ...... you are all amazing.....
